Realme’s P4 Series is getting bigger in India. The company today announced adding one more device to the lineup, namely the Realme P4R. The Series already includes six distinct models: P4 5G, P4 Pro 5G, P4x 5G, P4 Power 5G, P4 Lite (4G/5G), and the newly teased P4R 5G. The upcoming phone has already leaked ahead of the official debut, and here is everything we know about it.

Realme has begun teasing the Realme P4R 5G in India. The upcoming phone is the first device to carry the R moniker in the P-Series. The firm is yet to reveal the official launch date, but it is confirmed to be exclusively available via the official website and Flipkart. The official microsite carries a tagline, “The R Evolution is Coming.”

Expected Pricing

As the Flipkart website has just debuted, actual hardware information is being kept under wraps; the gadget is reported to be available in 4GB RAM with 128GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 6GB RAM with 256GB storage options in the nation. It is likely to arrive in Lavender Glare, Silver Glare, and Titanium Glare colour options.

The Realme P4R 5G targets the budget-to-lower-midrange segments. It is likely to be priced between Rs 15,000 to Rs 18,000, which is a little above the budget Realme P4 Lite.

The Realme P4 Lite 5G comes in three different configurations:

  • 4GB + 64GB – Rs 12,999
  • 4GB + 128GB – Rs 13,999
  • 6GB + 128GB – Rs 15,999

The smartphone comes in three colour options: Mosaic Blue and Mosaic Green.

Expected Specifications

Although not confirmed, the P-series of smartphones is connected with unique feature-oriented identities, for instance, the P4 Power’s excellent battery capacity.

The upcoming P4R model is said to come with a huge FHD+ display, either using AMOLED or a good-grade LCD technology, and would be able to handle refresh rates of up to 120Hz or 144Hz. On the performance front, the smartphone is rumoured to be equipped with a mid-range 5G processor, likely the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra.

It is also said to include a big battery that will be between 6000mAh and 7000mAh and support 45W SuperVOOC rapid charging. The camera system is also worth mentioning, with a 50MP primary rear camera, offering great potential for photography aficionados.
