In March this year, Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 10 series in India as well as globally. The company has also recently revealed to launch a Redmi Note 10S gaming smartphone in the country. In a fresh update, the Chinese firm is now tipped to bring Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G to the market. According to a fresh leak, Xiaomi is supposed to provide a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC to the alleged 5G smartphone. In addition to this, it is expected to receive a 120Hz AMOLED display.
According to a tipster, Abhishek Yadav, the development of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G is in the works. He has shared an official promo image for the Spanish market. The promo image shows the back of the alleged smartphone and is said to come with 5G connectivity. The image also indicated that the phone will first debut in Spain and then will make its way to the other markets.
It should also be noted that the form factor of the Redmi Note 10 Pro is very much similar to the 4G variant. The tipster further revealed that the upcoming device is expected to ship with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC for 5G connectivity.
The Note 10 Pro 5G has also been spotted on various certification websites including BIS in the past. So possibly the smartphone is expected to arrive in the Indian market as well.
However, the company is yet to confirm the launch of the Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. On the other hand, the company recently announced the launch of the Redmi Note 10S in India on May 13. The smartphone will run MIUI 12.5 based on the top of Android 11 and will feature a 6.43-inch full-HD+AMOLED hole-punch display with 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. The phone will be powered by MediaTek Helio G95 SoC. It will boast a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
On the camera front, the Redmi Note 10S will feature a quad rear-camera set up that will consist of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a two 2-megapixel macro and a depth sensor. For selfies, it includes a 13-megapixel front-facing camera.
