Chinese smartphone company is all geared up to launch its new smartphone today. The company will launch Mi A3 in India. This will be the first smartphone by the company that will be introduced with the triple rear camera set up in the Mi-series of smartphones. Prior to its launch in the country, the company already launched the phone globally. The key highlight of the smartphone includes a 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED display with Snapdragon 665 SoC. Xiaomi Mi A3 pricing and live streaming
The launch event of the Xiaomi Mi A3 will start at 12 noon IST on August 21. Prior to its launch in the country, Xioami’s online selling partner Amazon accidentally uploaded the smartphone on its lightning deals page, therefore, revealing the pricing as well as the colour options of the upcoming smartphone.
As per Amazon’s lightning deals listing Mi A3 will be available in two variants 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variant. The 4GB RAM model will come at a price tag of Rs 14,998 whereas the 6GB model will be priced at Rs 14, 998. The e-commerce website also revealed that the handset will arrive in three colour options More than White, Kind of Grey, Not just Blue colours.
Xiaomi Mi A3 specifications
Xiaomi Mi A3 runs Mi skin on top of Android 9 Pie. The upcoming handset will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 665 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM or 6GB RAM. It features a 6.08-inch HD+ (720×1,560 pixels) AMOLED display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop-style notch that comes integrated with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Mi A3 will offer 64GB or 128GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via microSD card.
Coming to the cameras, Mi A3 features a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.79 lens, 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 118-degree wide-angle f/1.79 lens, and a 2-megapixel third sensor for depth sensing. On the front, it sports a 32-megapixel selfie camera along with an f/2.0 aperture.
The connectivity options of the phone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Mi A3 will house a 4,030mAh battery with 18w fast charging support, which can quickly charge the smartphone.
