Wordle: A Five-Letter Word Guessing Game • The game allows six guesses of a five-letter word. • Provide feedback on the guessed letters’ placement in the puzzle. • The New York Times purchased the game in 2022. • Created by Josh Wardle for his partner, narrowing down 12,000 English words to 2,500. • Named after the word “word.”
How To Play Wordle?
Wordle is a New York Times word puzzle game that allows users to guess a five-letter word in six attempts. The letters are highlighted in Yellow and Green, indicating whether the word is present in the answer or not, and Green letters indicate the correct guess.
Select a powerful starting word: Avoid using unusual words, as they frequently do not match common letters. A good opening word has plenty of benefits.
Repeating letters: Don’t be afraid of repeating letters; they appear frequently in words. The answer may contain one or two repeated letters.
Use the Wordlebot: The NYT’s Wordlebot analyses and compares replies to itself. This challenge can assist you in enhancing your guessing skills and highlighting areas for development.
YouTube Music is always improving its platform with the goal of providing an outstanding user experience. To commemorate its tenth anniversary, the audio streaming platform is rollling out comments on albums and playlists, as well as daily refreshed “taste match” playlists based on listening history. The app will also integrate Bandsintown to assist users in finding local concerts.
The company via blog post said, “For 10 years, YouTube Music has brought fans and artists together by fostering a global community and cultivating an unmatched collection of music. Today, we’re introducing new updates that strengthen those connections and celebrate fandom.”
YouTube Music is improving social engagement around music by allowing users to leave direct comments on albums and playlists, creating continuing discussions about shared musical interests. Furthermore, YouTube Music has introduced “taste match playlists” as a function to let viewers connect with similar musical tastes and discover new songs. These automatically updated daily playlists are produced based on the combined music tastes of all individuals who have joined.
YouTube Music has formed an exclusive agreement with Bandsintown to help people discover live music events. This collaboration allows users to search for local and upcoming concerts by their favourite artists directly on the YouTube and YouTube Music platforms, whether they are watching artist videos, Shorts, or browsing Official Artist Channels. The site is also adding new notification capabilities to keep fans aware of impending artist releases, new item drops, and updated event dates, ensuring they don’t miss any essential information.
YouTube Music has introduced new fan badges, such as “First to Watch” and “Top Listener,” to allow committed fans to demonstrate their support. In addition, a new feature will highlight official artist music videos that are reaching significant view milestones (e.g., 100,000, 1 million, 1 billion views), urging fans to assist artists in accomplishing these goals. These changes are part of YouTube Music’s aim to strengthen relationships between fans and artists.
Realme’s newest TWS offering in its entry-level T series is priced at Rs 1,799. The Buds T200 promise a dynamic soundstage and respectable noise cancellation. The earbuds also offer premium features like HiRes Audio and dual connection. For an entry-level TWS, this is as good as it can get. We got our hands on the wireless earbuds earlier this month and used them for a week. Here is our review of the Realme Buds T200.
Here’s what you get inside the Realme Buds T200’s retail box:
Charging case with earbuds inside
Extra eartips (S and L)
User guide
The charging case of the Buds T200 has an all-plastic build. It is not the most premium-grade plastic we’ve seen on a TWS, but it is still superior to its peers in the entry-level segment. The hinge feels strong and reliable, and the notch right under the lid allows one-hand operation. However, the glossy finish makes this case a bit of a fingerprint magnet. The design of the case is nothing out of the ordinary. Its rectangular shape and compact form factor make it easy to operate.
The ‘realme’ lettering is positioned at the centre of the front panel. At the bottom of this panel lies a small LED notification light. The rounded bottom edge is flattened in the middle, which allows the case to stand upright. This flattened section houses the USB Type-C port. There is no pairing key on the charging case.
The earbuds follow the traditional in-ear design language. They offer a snug, comfortable fit. We wore them for multiple hours on end and did not experience much ear fatigue. The glossy finish of the charging case is replicated on the earbuds. Each unit is equipped with 2 microphones. The glossy stem has a small, vertical notch with a matte finish. This is the touch-sensitive panel for audio and call controls. Since this area is quite small, it reduces accidental touches while adjusting the earbuds. The touch controls are intuitive and easy to use.
Realme has equipped the Buds T200 with IP55 dust and water resistance. We used the earbuds while working out and were pleased to see that they remained unfazed by sweat. However, the glossy finish meant that the fit loosened up quite often.
Realme Buds T200 Review: Performance
Pairing the Realme Buds T200 to your smartphone or laptop is a seamless process. The earbuds support Bluetooth 5.4 and have a functional range of 10m. There’s support for Google Fast Pair onboard as well. There are 3 audio codecs on offer – SBC, AAC, and LDAC. Each earbud is equipped with a 12.4mm driver.
The soundstage offered by the Buds T200 is warm and rich. An envelope of bass surrounds the audio output, but it doesn’t muddle the higher frequencies. The mids and highs get ample representation in the sound stage. The audio faces slight distortion when you push the volume level to 100%. The Goldilocks range is between 50 and 80%.
We used the Realme Buds T200 to listen to a wide range of genres. The earbuds did a great job of relaying the crispy classic rock guitar riffs and the glossy, bubblegum bass of hyperpop tunes. The soundstage is far from neutral, but intelligently tuned to produce a highly enjoyable listening experience.
We took some cellular and VoIP calls using the Buds T200, and were pleased with the call quality in an indoor environment. The earbuds did a good job of extracting the speaker’s voice and curbing the background sounds. However, in outdoor conditions, the surrounding noise was too overwhelming to be nullified.
The Realme Buds T200 can cancel up to 32dB of surrounding noise. The ANC mode can be enabled by long-pressing either earbud. The quality of ANC on offer here is unimpressive. The earbuds struggle to nullify the sound from air conditioners and ceiling fans. Even the distant humdrum manages to filter through.
Accessing the premium features of this TWS requires installing the realme Link app, even if you’re using the earbuds on a Realme smartphone. This is an obtuse choice on Realme’s part, as most manufacturers have a built-in interface for their earbuds on native devices. The anomalies don’t just end there, though. Pairing the realme Link app to your earbuds requires registering on the app with your email or phone number.
Once you sign up for the realme Link app, the set of features available for the Buds T200 is pretty impressive. To begin with, you get access to HiRes audio via the LDAC codec. This codec is available on all smartphones, and not just Realme devices. If you need a more neutral soundstage, the ‘Dynamic audio’ tool lets you individually adjust the intensity of the low, mid, and high frequencies. The equaliser can be customised in EQ mode. There are presets on offer – Serenade, Original sound, Clear Bass, and Deep Bass.
Spatial Audio is another premium feature on this TWS that’s available on all devices, and not just exclusive to Realme smartphones. On supported songs and games, the immersive sound is clearly noticeable. The MindFlow Mode section gives you access to a library of white noise sounds provided by Oppo’s O Relax.
Other than these premium features, the realme Link app takes care of basic duties like toggling ANC/Transparency mode, customising controls, enabling dual connection, and switching to Game mode. The handoff from one device to another in dual connection mode is very smooth. In Game mode, the latency of the earbuds drops to 45ms. We did not notice any audio delay while playing Call of Duty Mobile.
Each earbud is equipped with a 58mAh battery pack, and there’s an additional 539mAh in the charging case. Realme claims a continuous playtime of 10 hours on the AAC codec, with the volume set to 50%. With the LDAC codec in use, the battery life drops to 4.5 hours. During the review period, we used the Realme Buds T200 to listen to music, watch videos, take calls, and play games. We had the LDAC codec turned on at all times and got a solid 4 hours of battery life out of the earbuds. The charging case holds enough charge to replenish the juice on both the earbuds 4 times. Charging the case and earbuds using a Type-C cable takes up to 2 hours.
If you’re looking for a good-sounding TWS on a budget, you cannot look past the Realme Buds T200. These earbuds have a warm and enjoyable soundstage. Even though the bass is very prominent in the mix, the clarity of other instruments is not compromised. The option of the LDAC codec is a game-changer in this price bracket. Secondary features like dual connection, Dynamic audio, and Spatial audio also add value to the affordable price tag of this TWS. The ANC may be unimpressive, but it is easy to overlook when you’re paying just Rs 1,799 for the earbuds.
The latest Google Pixel 10 Series is set to be the world’s first smartphone to support WhatsApp voice and video calls via a satellite network. During these satellite-enabled calls, the status bar will display a satellite icon. The functionality is reliant on carrier support and may incur additional fees.
Google has revealed that its flagship Pixel 10 smartphone series, which debuted on August 20, will soon offer voice and video calls over WhatsApp over a satellite network. This functionality is intended for usage in places without a cellular network or Wi-Fi access. It is unclear if text messaging will be possible via satellite, while satellite-based messaging is already available in places without cellular or Wi-Fi connections.
A teaser video shows that WhatsApp calls made via a satellite network will display a satellite icon in the status bar. Users will be able to receive voice or video calls using this satellite link rather than cellular or Wi-Fi. Google has said that this functionality will only be available through participating carriers and may involve additional fees. The series is likely to be the world’s first smartphone to handle satellite-based WhatsApp calls.
Besides this, starting with the Google Pixel 10 series in the US, Google Photos is implementing AI capabilities for automatic image edits based on user-provided natural language commands. Multiple change requests can be consolidated into a single prompt, and users can request adjustments such as restoring quality or adjusting the colour of the sky. In order to distinguish between photos that have been edited with and without artificial intelligence, Google is also incorporating C2PA Content Credentials into the native camera app.
According to reports, an elderly woman sought medical care after receiving frequent low heart rate alerts from her Apple Watch, which led to the discovery of an undiagnosed brain tumour. The Apple Watch’s ECG feature identified an abnormal heartbeat.
Reportedly, a 57-year-old lady named Sam Adams, who lives near Brighton, received a series of health alarms on her Apple Watch following a trip to Costa Rica. The smartwatch continually registered an unusually low heart rate. Adams first blamed her symptoms, like fatigue and severe headaches due to stress, sadness for the deaths of her father and pet, and the dissolution of her marriage, rather than a serious health problem.
However, her Apple Watch’s frequent alerts, notably its electrocardiogram (ECG) feature, revealed an abnormal heartbeat. This vital warning pushed her to seek immediate medical care. A subsequent checkup, spurred by the Apple Watch’s detection of an abnormal pulse, revealed an undiscovered tumour in the brain. Early discovery enabled her to obtain prompt treatment.
According to the woman, her symptoms included lack of energy, a dull frontal headache, and constantly low heart rate readings on her Apple Watch. These frequent signals encouraged her to seek medical help, beginning with a blood pressure check at a pharmacy. Further medical tests indicated a treatable cardiac problem. The recurring headaches also prompted a CT scan, which surprisingly revealed an undetected brain tumour. Doctors warned the woman that the tumour was most likely benign but inoperable. She is presently taking prescribed medicine to manage her illness and has monthly brain scans, and she is grateful that her Apple Watch’s alerts helped uncover her health problems early on.
Apple’s Breathing Disturbances uses advanced sensors to detect interruptions in breathing during sleep. Every 30 days, the watch will analyse this data and notify users of consistent signs of moderate to severe sleep apnea.
The feature, set to roll out across more than 150 countries, provides users with a clear way to detect potential health issues early. By offering this health insight, Apple positions itself as a pivotal player in making invisible conditions more manageable.
Facebook users may have noticed photos from their camera roll pop up on their feed as post suggestions. This includes pictures that you haven’t uploaded to Facebook yet. The real kicker is that this feature is turned on by default. Additionally, in some regions, Facebook is testing sharing suggestions that involve using Meta AI to generate edited previews of your images. Luckily, there’s an option to turn off these camera roll suggestions. So, without further ado, here’s how you can stop giving Facebook access to your camera roll.
Facebook analyses the metadata of the media in your camera roll to come up with post suggestions. This includes the data and time of the photo/video, images you’ve favourited, and the type of photo (panoramic, time-lapse, selfie, etc).
When you enable ‘More personalised suggestions with use of additional camera roll data’, Facebook uses Meta AI to edit your images and serve up the finished product as suggested content. This requires sending your data to cloud servers for computational purposes. When you disable the personalised suggestions feature, your images are deleted from the cloud servers after 30 days.
How to stop Facebook from accessing your camera roll
Step 2: Hit the hamburger menu in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Expand Settings and privacy and select Settings.
Step 4: Scroll down and select Camera roll sharing suggestions from the Preferences section.
Step 5: Turn off the toggle switch next to Get camera roll suggestions when you’re browsing Facebook. If you see an option for cloud processing, turn it off too.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Does Facebook look at my camera roll?
Yes, Facebook uses data from your phone’s camera roll to come up with posting suggestions. This feature is turned on by default.
Does Facebook use Meta AI on the photos in my camera roll?
Yes, Facebook uses Meta AI to suggest edited versions of the photos in your camera roll. While this feature requires the consent of the user, some have reported that it was turned on by default. The pictures from your camera roll are processed in Meta’s cloud servers.
Can I delete the photos that have been uploaded to Meta’s cloud servers?
Your images that have been uploaded to Meta’s cloud servers are deleted 30 days after you disable camera roll suggestions/cloud processing on Facebook.
How do I turn off camera roll suggestions on Facebook?
Launch the Facebook app on your phone, tap the menu icon, then go to Settings and privacy>Settings>Camera roll sharing suggestions and turn off the toggle switch next to ‘Get camera roll suggestions when you’re browsing Facebook’.
How do I limit Facebook’s access to the pictures on my phone?
Go to Settings>Apps>Facebook>Permissions>Photos and videos, and select ‘Don’t allow’.

Infinix’s new gaming smartphone for the budget segment packs impressive specs for its price tag. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset and flaunts an LCD panel that can hit 700 nits in High Brightness Mode. It also gets a fully customisable ‘One Tap’ AI button. To justify the ‘gaming smartphone’ label, the device offers support for 90fps within certain titles. Priced at Rs 10,4999, it is one of the best bargains around. We used the smartphone for a week to take a close look at its gaming chops and everyday performance. Here is our review of the Infinix Hot 60 5G.
Here’s what you get inside the Infinix Hot 60’s retail box:
Smartphone
Power adapter
USB Type-A to Type-C cable
Hard plastic case
SIM ejector
User manual
Warranty card
The Infinix Hot 60 has a clean and minimal design. Its plastic back panel has a matte finish, which offers a nice in-hand feel. The triple camera array is neatly arranged in a vertical layout. The camera panel has an orange tint along the border. The back panel is completely flat, but its edges are slightly rounded.
The plastic frame houses the volume rocker, side key, and orange One Tap AI button on its right edge. The latter has a ridged texture. The side key doubles as the fingerprint scanner. The hybrid SIM card slot is positioned on the left edge of the frame. At the bottom lies the 3.5mm headphone jack, microphone, USB Type-C port, and speaker.
The 6.7-inch IPS LCD panel has a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach 700 nits in High Brightness Mode. The display has a smooth touch response and maintains decent legibility in outdoor conditions. The bezels surrounding the display get thicker around the chin. The front-facing camera is housed in a punch-hole cutout. One of the interesting things about this LCD panel is that it supports Always On Display. Tapping the screen in standby mode displays a clock face and pending notifications. This isn’t a ‘true’ AOD, since that would cause screen burn-in and drain the battery at a faster rate.
During the review period, we used the Infinix Hot 60 as our primary media-streaming device. Its 720 x 1,600p display can play FHD content. While the LCD panel isn’t able to recreate the dynamic range and deep blacks of its AMOLED counterparts, the viewing experience on offer here is pretty good. The colours are punchy and the visuals are sharp. The lone bottom-firing speaker produces a loud, albeit boxy audio output.
Infinix Hot 60 5G Review: Performance and Cameras
At the heart of the Infinix Hot 60 lies the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset. Interestingly, this is a more powerful processor than the MediaTek Helio G200 SoC powering the Pro+ variant. The Hot 60 is available in a single 128GB (UFS) storage and 6GB (LPDDR5X) RAM option. Here’s how the smartphone performed in the Geekbench 6 app:
Single-core: 910 points.
Multi-core: 2,223 points.
The Infinix Hot 60 holds up pretty well in everyday use. It easily handles routine tasks like video calling, instant messaging, emailing, web browsing, and media streaming. With LPDDR5X RAM onboard, the smartphone does a phenomenal job of juggling different apps. However, the slow storage configuration takes time to load apps. This is the case with every budget smartphone, so we can let it slide.
When it comes to gaming, the Infinix Hot 60 steers ahead of its peers. Its MediaTek Dimensity 7020 chipset does a good job of handling the graphics in titles like Call of Duty Mobile and BGMI. The smartphone also supports 90fps gaming in some titles, which is very rare in this segment. We played Call of Duty Mobile in medium graphics with the frame rate set to 60fps. The gameplay offered by the smartphone was free of stutters and frame drops. However, the back panel started warming up after 30 minutes of gaming.
Handling the OS duties on the Infinix Hot 60 is the Android 15-based XOS 15. What we like about this smartphone is that it is packed with AI features. Long-pressing the One Tap AI button triggers Infinix’s in-house Folax Assistant. This assistant is based on the DeepSeek R1 model. Long-pressing the side button gives you access to Google’s Gemini AI. The smartphone also runs Google’s Circle to Search. In the Camera app, the One Tap AI button acts as the shutter button. You can customise this button to launch any app or carry out a certain task with a double-press.
Infinix’s AI suite has a wide range of useful features. Pulling the sidebar from the edge of the screen suggests AI tools and action based on the contents of the page. If you’re typing a message or email, the Writing Assistant will help you proofread the text. If you’re reading an article, the sidebar will give you the option to summarise it. Once Folax AI comes up with a summary, you can ask it follow-up questions regarding the text. The Call Assistant features let you screen and summarise your calls. The only missing feature in this AI suite is an object remover for images.
The Infinix Hot 60 packs a 5,200mAh battery. During the review period, we were able to get a day’s worth of battery life out of the device. Our daily tasks included calling, texting, media streaming, web browsing, gaming, and navigation. The smartphone supports 18W wired charging. It took almost 2 hours to fully charge the device using the charger provided in the box.
While the rear camera panel of the Infinix Hot 60 may flaunt 3 sensors, only one of them is functional. This 50MP primary shooter takes decent pictures in outdoor daylight conditions. While the images are a little soft, they pack vivid colours and good dynamic range. In limited lighting conditions, the smartphone struggles to light up the subject, and the images are quite grainy.
Without Night Mode v Night Mode
In Portrait Mode, the primary shooter does a good job of keeping the subject in focus and separating it from the background. However, the background blur effect leaves more to be desired. The 8MP front-facing camera takes good and clear selfies, keeping the skin-brightening effects to a minimum. The primary shooter and selfie camera can record 2K videos at 30fps.
The Infinix Hot 60 5G is an amazing deal at Rs 10,499. Its gritty processor and expansive AI suite add a lot of value to the price tag. In everyday use, the smartphone does not present any hurdle whatsoever. The gaming performance is smooth and stutter-free, which is something we don’t get to say that often about smartphones in this segment. The camera performance is on par with other budget phones. When it comes to the battery, the Hot 60 offers a standard one-day battery life even with heavy usage.
If you have been hunting for a pair of budget-friendly earbuds with serious noise cancelling, the Sony WF-C710N ANC deserve a listen. Sony’s new TWS lands in that spicy under Rs 15,000 bracket where everyone promises everything and only a few deliver where it counts. We have been using them for weeks across commutes, flights, and heads-down writing sessions. These buds sound good, cancel noise better than expected for the price, and look delightfully different in the Glass Blue translucent finish. They are not flawless, and fit will be subjective, but the overall experience is easy to recommend for listeners who value ANC and a clean, pop-friendly tuning.

Specs at a glance
Drivers: 5 mm dynamic units
Noise control: Digital Noise Cancellation, Ambient Sound, Adaptive Sound Control
Battery: up to 40 hours including case, approximately 12 hours per charge with ANC off, about 8 hours with ANC on, quick charge supported
Connectivity: Bluetooth 5.3 with Multipoint Connection
Codecs: AAC, SBC
Water resistance: IPX4
Weight: around 5.2 g per earbud
App: Sony Headphones Connect with EQ presets and custom EQ
Voice and calls: AI-powered voice pickup, configurable touch controls
Price: MRP Rs 12,990, often discounted to about Rs 8,990 online
Let us start with the part that makes people ask questions on the street and the metro. The Glass Blue variant is transparent enough to show hints of the inner circuitry, with a clear lid and a translucent base on the case. It is playful without feeling cheap, nostalgic without feeling gimmicky. Think Y2K-era see-through gadgets, but tidied up for 2025. The result is a case that doubles as a conversation starter on desks, flights, or coffee-shop counters.
The case size sits in the Goldilocks zone. It slides into narrow pockets easily and feels secure, thanks to strong magnets that snap the earbuds into place. Transparent finishes can be fingerprint magnets, but after weeks of use, the case resisted obvious smudges and casual scuffs better than expected. You still should not toss it into a bag with keys every day, yet it is tougher than it looks. On the back sits the USB-C port and a pairing button. Up front, a discreet LED gives you power and pairing cues. No Qi wireless charging here, which would have been the cherry on top, but at this price, the omission is understandable.
The earbuds themselves skip the stem for a rounded, slightly chunky shape. That geometry will suit some ears and annoy others. Even after cycling through the included ear tip sizes, I found the fit a touch large. During brisk walks and metro runs, the buds occasionally needed a nudge back into place. Weight per bud is low enough to avoid fatigue during long sessions, but if you prefer feather-light, ultra-low-profile earbuds, audition these before buying.
Controls are straightforward. By default, the left earbud toggles between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound, with a press-and-hold for Quick Attention that pipes the world back in while you talk to a barista or listen for an announcement. The right earbud handles playback and track navigation. You can remap controls in the app, which is handy if you prefer volume on-ear.
Your interface is the translucent showpiece itself, the status LED, and Sony’s companion app. The aesthetic message is loud and clear. These look different, in a good way. If you are bored with anonymous black buds, the Glass Blue finish brings the fun.
Sony WF-C710N Review: Performance
T Performance on earbuds splits into three pillars for most users: sound quality, noise cancellation, and call clarity. The WF-C710N scores well on two of the three and is competent on the third.
Sony has a knack for tuning mass-market earbuds to please pop, R&B, and Bollywood-heavy playlists without smearing the midrange. The WF-C710N follows that playbook. Bass is present and punchy, not boomy. Kick drums have definition. Synth basslines hum along confidently without swallowing vocals. The midrange stays clean and natural, which is why podcasts and acoustic tracks are so enjoyable on these. Treble is smooth with enough sparkle to keep cymbals and strings lively, and sibilance is kept in check unless you push the EQ aggressively.
Stereo separation is better than you would expect from an affordable in-ear. Imaging on current chart toppers is engaging, with vocals anchored centre and percussion dancing out wide. The 5 mm drivers will not blow your mind with resolution, and if you crave audiophile-level microdetail, you are shopping in the wrong aisle, but the musicality here is undeniable.
Codec support is basic. You get AAC and SBC, not LDAC. In practice, with a sensible tuning and a stable Bluetooth 5.3 connection, many listeners will never miss the higher bitrate option. Still, it is worth flagging if you already own a library of hi-res streaming tracks or insist on Sony’s top-tier wireless chain.
The Sony Headphones Connect app adds flexibility. Seven EQ presets cover common tastes, from Vocal to Bass Boost, and a custom EQ lets you file off edges or add a tasteful low-end lift. A small nudge at the low mids can warm older recordings, while a modest treble bump can restore air to darker masters. The app is clean and functional, if a little utilitarian. It gets the job done without burying controls under clever animations.
This is the headline act. The WF-C710N’s Digital Noise Cancellation is a genuine value play in this segment. On office floors, fan hum and low conversation fade into a soft hush. On flights, the engine drone drops enough to keep volumes sane and ears relaxed. On metros and buses, the constant rumble recedes so the music’s dynamics take centre stage. It does not match premium flagships like the WF-1000XM5 or AirPods Pro in absolute silencing, but it lands comfortably in the above-average bracket for under Rs 10,000 street pricing.
Adaptive Sound Control adds brains. It can shift between Noise Cancelling and Ambient Sound automatically based on movement and location patterns. Walking into a busy street, the earbuds can raise environmental awareness. Sit at a desk and they clamp down the noise floor. If you dislike automation surprises, you can lock your preferred mode and keep life predictable.
Ambient Sound is useful for quick interactions and urban awareness, though, like most budget-friendly transparency modes, it sounds a bit processed. Voices cut through, which is what matters. For extended use, you may prefer pulling one bud out for the most natural conversation.
Call quality indoors is solid. Voices come through with good presence, and the AI-powered voice pickup keeps your speech intelligible. Outdoors, wind and traffic can chip away at clarity. Colleagues could hear me fine on quieter streets, but busy intersections made background suppression work harder than it should. If you take frequent outdoor calls while walking near traffic, you may want to cup a hand near the mic in gusty conditions or step aside to quieter spots. For desk calls, these are dependable.
Bluetooth 5.3 remains rock-steady. Multipoint pairing lets you connect to a laptop and phone simultaneously, then hop calls without menu gymnastics. Media latency is well controlled for streaming video on phones and tablets. Competitive gamers will still want dedicated low-latency solutions, but for movies, shows, YouTube, and social video edits, lip-sync looks natural.
Sony claims up to 40 hours, including the case, with a single charge netting around 12 hours with ANC off and about 8 hours with ANC on. Real-world numbers landed close. With ANC on for three to four hours a day, I topped up the case every two or three days. Quick charging is available for those “out the door in five minutes” moments. No wireless charging, which would have been convenient on crowded desks, but USB-C keeps it universal.
Verdict
The Sony WF-C710N are not trying to be a flagship killer. They are trying to be dependable daily drivers with style, and they succeed more often than not. If you wanted the shortest possible recommendation, here it is. If your priorities are noise cancellation, enjoyable tuning, and a look that stands out, go for it, especially near the Rs 8,990 street price. If you want the smallest shells, LDAC, or top-tier outdoor calling, keep looking.
Sony WF-C710N Pros
Effective ANC that outperforms price expectations
Clean, pop-friendly tuning with solid bass and clear mids
Vivo Vision Explorer Edition, the company’s first mixed reality (MR) headset, debuted in China on Thursday. Positioned as a rival to the Apple Vision Pro, the gadget includes two 8K high-resolution Micro-OLED screens and is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 CPU. It runs on OriginOS Vision and has a big front visor and a cushioned back headband to keep the wearable in place. The Vivo Vision Explorer Edition allows for eye tracking and micro-gesture control.
Vivo launched the vivo Vision Discovery Edition, their first mixed reality (MR) headset, to commemorate their 30th anniversary. Vivo is the first Chinese firm to operate in both the smartphone and MR product sectors, as this is the first MR device created by a Chinese smartphone maker.
In addition to advancing the company’s long-term home robotics goal, the vivo Vision Discovery Edition seeks to mainstream mixed reality technology outside of the lab. With dimensions of 83 mm in height and 40 mm in thickness, it is lightweight and ergonomically optimised for everyday usage. It weighs 398g, which is 26% less than the industry norm for increased comfort. Eight foam cushioning options and four light seal sizes are included in the design.
By effortlessly displaying information in the surrounding environment, the vivo Vision Discovery Edition, which runs on OriginOS Vision, enables intuitive and natural user interactions. This makes it possible to switch to “move-and-pinch” gestures from traditional screen tapping. The device’s 175° vertical tracking range, 26 degrees of freedom for fingertip gesture recognition, and 1.5 degrees high-precision eye-tracking all help to make the controls snappy and easy to use. It uses Dual Micro-OLED panels, which provide images comparable to those seen in a movie theatre. These screens have 8K binocular resolution, 94% DCI-P3 colour coverage, and DeltaE<2 colour accuracy. In order to minimise discomfort caused by binocular visual disparities, binocular brightness and colour consistency have also been calibrated to achieve a binocular brightness difference of ≤ 2nits and a binocular chromaticity difference of ΔE < 2.
With up to 2.5x GPU and 8x AI performance over its predecessor, the vivo Vision Discovery Edition offers a notable performance boost thanks to its use of the Qualcomm Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 architecture. High-speed rendering for spatial computing is supported by this increased processing capacity, enabling more complex visual and interactive experiences. The purpose of the headgear is to engage people in virtual worlds for productivity, gaming, and entertainment. Its immersive video features enable split-screen or multi-angle panoramic watching of live sports and e-sports, and it can replicate a 120-foot theatre screen for a cinematic media experience.
Vivo is using innovative user experiences and in-house technologies to improve its imaging approach. Clear portrait details and low-light performance are provided by the VS1 pre-processing processor and V3+ imaging chip, which increase efficiency. Vivo has partnered with Sony (LYT-828) and Samsung (HP9) to produce a 200-megapixel sensor on a telephoto camera. These developments provide crisper images at high zoom when paired with large-model algorithms and Vivo’s AI Photo Enhance. For better 30x telephoto performance, future developments will concentrate on picture restoration, reconstruction, and next-generation big model upgrades.
Vivo introduces features in video such as AI Erase for Live Photo, Multi-Focal 4K Portrait Beautification, Live Photo Portrait, and Multi-Focal 4K 120 fps Slow Motion Video, demonstrating its strong end-to-end imaging capabilities to record dynamic, lifelike moments. In order to satisfy the many creative requirements of youthful users, Vivo will also provide its own AI-developed Customised Beautification and keep introducing video templates like Cool Tone Video Portrait.
One of the best aspects of owning a foldable is the option to prop it on a surface and go completely hands-free. Whether you’re watching a movie or attending a virtual meeting, this option comes in quite handy. Of course, the layout of the content or app on the screen changes when you fold your phone at an angle. On Samsung devices, this is called Flex Mode, and it can be triggered with a single tap. If you don’t want it on your device, there is an option to turn it off. Here’s how you can disable the Flex Mode on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones.
Samsung’s Flex Mode is seamless, intuitive, and snappy. Whenever you tilt your Galaxy Z Flip phone’s display at an angle between 75° and 115°, an icon appears at the bottom left corner. Tapping this icon shifts the app on the screen to the top half of the display. The bottom half accommodates a touchpad, a scroll wheel, and some quick controls. This control panel is similar for most native and third-party apps. However, some third-party apps (like Spotify) have their own special control layout for the bottom panel.
Here are some of the things you can do in Flex Mode:
Watch videos without needing a stand to prop the phone.
Multi-task by using two apps at the same time.
Take hands-free pictures.
Attend video meetings without needing to hold your phone.
Disable Flex Mode on Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Tap on Advanced features.
Step 3: Tap on Flex mode panel.
Step 4: Turn off the toggle switch.

Beginning with the Pixel 10 series in the US, Google Photos is implementing AI capabilities for automatic image edits based on user-provided natural language commands. Multiple change requests can be consolidated into a single prompt, and users can request adjustments such as restoring quality or adjusting the colour of the sky. In order to distinguish between photos that have been edited with and without artificial intelligence, Google is also incorporating C2PA Content Credentials into the native camera app.
The company via blog post said, “We’re making it unbelievably easy to quickly edit your images in Google Photos ― just ask Photos to edit your pictures for you. Coming first to Pixel 10 in the U.S., you can simply describe the edits you want to make by text or voice in Photos’ editor, and watch the changes appear. And to further improve transparency around AI edits, we’re adding support for C2PA Content Credentials in Google Photos.”
The updated image editor has a central area for editing tools and AI-powered suggestions for fast tweaks. Users may also circle or tap certain areas of an image to get editing recommendations. Now, the editor offers conversational editing features, including natural language, gestures, and one-tap suggestions. Photos may produce unique AI-powered edits because of advanced Gemini capabilities, which instantly bring ideas to life. Without choosing tools or adjusting sliders, users may ask Photos for any changes they want.
Users can request specific edits or general changes in this conversational, open-ended process without having to specify which tools they wish to utilise. Photos are able to comprehend the modifications and make more than one request at a time. Users can begin by entering “make it better” or by utilising one of the suggested options if they are not sure where to begin. After every modification, follow-up instructions may be given to help refine the image and get the desired effect.
Beyond corrective editing features like lighting and distraction removal, Photos offers a vast array of editing possibilities. You can ask for creative assistance, such as changing the background or including fun objects with the main subject. Because users can simply tell Photos what they want to see, the options are unlimited, ranging from basic tweaks to intricate changes.
Transparency in image creation will be made possible by the first native camera app on Pixel 10 smartphones to leverage industry-standard C2PA Content Credentials. Along with Google Photos’ current support for IPTC metadata for AI-edited photos and SynthID for AI-edited images, this will also be enabled. This will make the process of creating images more transparent.
Google Photos now shows information about image capture or editing based on C2PA Content Credentials, which is first accessible for the Pixel 10 and will progressively roll out to Android and iOS devices in the following weeks.

Next month, Apple plans to launch its first retail location in Bengaluru, making it the company’s third location after Apple BKC and Apple Saket. On September 2, the Apple Hebbal Store in Phoenix Mall in Bengaluru will open. Peacock is the theme of the store.
On September 2 at 1 PM IST, Apple is scheduled to launch its third retail location in Bengaluru, India. The store will open in conjunction with the iPhone 17 series’ introduction, which is in a few days. The Apple store in Bengaluru will be called Apple Hebbal and will be situated in the Phoenix Mall of Asia.
The firm claims that Apple Hebbal’s barricade, which will include colourful peacock feathers in celebration of its third shop in India, is a representation of pride and the nation’s national bird.
Customers are reportedly provided with a wide range of products, innovative features, and professional assistance from experts, creatives, Geniuses, and committed business teams at Apple Hebbal. Additionally, the store hosted Today at Apple sessions, which were intended to motivate and instruct consumers on how to use devices and enhance their skills. Sessions on working smarter on Mac and Apple Intelligence are among the free events hosted by Apple Creatives.
Ahead of the Apple Store’s debut, Apple also announced that consumers may learn more about the future store here, download unique Apple Hebbal wallpapers, and listen to a specially crafted Apple Music playlist that is inspired by the sounds of Bengaluru
In April 2023, Apple established its first official shop in India, the Apple BKC in Mumbai. The BKC’s highlight was the two-story shop with the hand-crafted timber ceiling. In New Delhi, Apple Saket, the second store, opened in Select Citywalk Mall. Along with a comprehensive selection of Apple products, including iPhones, Macs, and Apple Watch models, both locations provide in-person setup, trade-in, and technical assistance. Consumers may test out these gadgets for a while before deciding to buy.
The Apple Store in Mumbai, Apple BKC, is nearly twice as large as the Apple Saket. Both stores use renewable energy sources and are carbon neutral.
The newest technology and devices, such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, AirPods, and Apple accessories, will be on display at the Hebbal Store.
Sony has hiked the PS5 and PS5 Pro pricing in the United States by $50, effective August 21. The PS5 will cost $549.99 instead of $499.99, while the PS5 Pro will be $50 more expensive. Sony blamed a “challenging economic environment” for the price rise. This is the first time Sony has hiked retail pricing in the United States since the Trump administration imposed import duties earlier this year.
Sony confirmed in a PlayStation Blog post on Wednesday that the regular physical edition PS5 will now cost $549.99, up from $499.99. The PS5 digital version is now $499.99, up from $449.99. The PS5 Pro, too, sees a $50 price increase, from $699.99 to $749.99.
Sony raised PS5 prices in some areas, including the UK, EMEA, Australia, and New Zealand, in April, blaming a hard economic situation as a result of sweeping tariffs placed by US President Donald Trump on imported goods. However, the business did not raise console prices in the US at the time.
The company, via blog post, said, “Similar to many global businesses, we continue to navigate a challenging economic environment. As a result, we’ve made the difficult decision to increase the recommended retail price for PlayStation 5 consoles in the U.S. starting on August 21.”
“The recommended retail prices for PlayStation 5 accessories remain unchanged, and we have no other price changes to announce for additional markets,” it further added.
Video game console costs have been rising since the Trump administration imposed tariffs in April. Microsoft increased Xbox console prices in May, blaming market circumstances and development expenses. Nintendo recently hiked the price of the Nintendo Switch and various peripherals in the United States, affecting the complete first-generation device line. However, the Switch 2 did not see a price increase.
Updated retail price for PlayStation 5 consoles in the U.S. is as follows:
If you have been waiting for the Rotimatic NEXT India price, here it is. Rotimatic has launched its AI-powered, fully automatic roti maker in India, pairing a premium tag with a direct-to-consumer rollout. Built in Bangalore’s Mysore belt and sold only through the company’s official website, the machine promises fresh rotis in about 90 to 110 seconds after warm-up. The bigger pitch is simple and ambitious at once. Automate the most time-consuming kitchen routine without reducing quality.
In This Article
What is Rotimatic NEXT and why now
Rotimatic NEXT is the company’s latest AI roti maker that measures, kneads, flattens, and cooks chapatis hands-free. It adds Vision AI kneading for better dough management and consistency, plus over-the-air updates that can unlock new recipes and refinements over time. The interface is an intuitive 3.5-inch LCD with app control for tweaking thickness, roast level, and oil. The result aims to be thinner, softer, and more uniform rotis with less noise and less drama.
Ingredient hoppers for flour, water, and oil that are easy to refill
Specs are the foundation. What you feel daily is speed and consistency. After the warm-up, Rotimatic NEXT targets one roti every 90 seconds, which is the difference between cooking taking over your evening and dinner simply happening on time. That is where the promise of a smart kitchen India story starts to make sense.
Beyond rotis: flour flexibility and formats
Rotimatic NEXT is positioned as an automatic chapati machine, but it is not a one-trick appliance. It can prepare parathas, bhakri, puris, tortillas, wraps, and pizza bases. Health-first households can choose multigrain flours like jowar and bajra, experiment with almond or maize blends, or try store-bought gluten-free and low-sugar variants. High-fibre mixes from brown rice or sorghum flour are also on the menu. One load of the hoppers can yield up to 15 fresh rotis, which is practical for families and meal prep.
Price and availability in India
The list price is Rs 1,65,999, with a limited-period launch price of Rs 1,24,999. Sales are D2C through the brand’s official website in India. That approach keeps the buying journey under one roof, from delivery to support. It also signals confidence in the product and the service model behind it.
Although the company is headquartered in Singapore, manufacturing has shifted to the Bangalore Mysore region to serve both Indian and global demand. Local production should tighten service loops, improve parts availability, and reduce downtime. For a connected appliance that relies on software updates and occasional maintenance, that is as important as any headline specification.
Who should consider it?
Families that eat rotis daily and want predictable results at scale
Working professionals who need dinner on schedule without compromising freshness
Students and young couples who want home-style chapatis without the learning curve
Early adopters building a connected, software-defined kitchen
India did not need another gadget. It needed time back. If Rotimatic NEXT quietly hands over thirty minutes a day without fuss, that is a win worth paying for.
