The Venu and the Vivoactive 4 have more than 40 on device animated workouts. These workouts demonstrate form and technique on their smart display screens, as claimed by the company.

Venu has a smart AMOLED screen where users can watch workout techniques and practice fitness techniques the right way. The Garmin Venu and Vivoactive 4 host a suite of workout options, which are available to download from Garmin Connect. Both the watches have interchangeable bands to provide comfort. The Garmin Chroma display technology makes it easy to see in any light conditions. The watch tracks physical moments of users and keeps a track on sleep and estimates the different time periods spent in light, deep and REM stages of sleep to help users know if they are sleeping for long enough.

The smart features in these devices include the ability to receive smart notifications for calls, texts, social media updates etc. directly from the users phone. Android users will have the feature to reply to the text message from the smartwatch itself.
