Poco M7 5G officially debuted in India today. The device will debut as a successor to the Poco M6 5G, which was launched in December 2023. The device will come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. It is said to offer 12GB of RAM with 6GB Turbo RAM. Besides this, the phone is priced under Rs 10,000 and will be available via Flipkart. The handset also features a 50MP camera sensor.

Poco M7 5G price in India, availability
The price of the Poco M7 5G in India starts at Rs 9,999 for the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. The price of the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage is set at Rs 10,999. The phone will be available in three colour options of Satin Black, Mint Green, and Ocean Blue.
The phone is scheduled to go on sale via Flipkart in the country starting March 7 at noon.

The Poco M7 5G runs on HyperOS custom skin based on Android 14. They will provide 2 years of Android updates and 4 years of security fixes. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset with Adreno GPU.
The phone features a 6.88-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1,640 X 720 pixels. The panel is TUV Rheinland certified. It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. In addition to this, it has 600 nits of brightness.

For photos and videos, the Poco M7 5G comes with a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera. The device has an 8MP front-facing camera for taking selfies and video calling.
It packs a 5,160 mAh battery with 18W fast charging. However, the company provides a 33W charger with the retail packaging.
The mobile phone features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
