In order to enhance the shopping experience for consumers, Samsung has announced exciting programs for those who are buying Galaxy smartphones from Samsung Exclusive Stores that includes Samsung Smart Café and Samsung Smart Plaza.
The customers who are buying Galaxy smartphones from Samsung Exclusive Stores in India can now avail exciting benefits. Under Smart Club Loyalty Program, customers become eligible for reward points, service coupons, and other attractive benefits on first-time purchase of Galaxy smartphones worth minimum Rs 15,000 from a Samsung SmartCafe or Samsung Smart Plaza. Mind you! The reward points can be redeemed on subsequent purchases at Samsung Exclusive Stores. Moreover, one also gets three vouchers of Rs 6,000 with their Smart Club membership that can be availed till December, 2020.
On the other hand, Samsung Referral Program at Samsung Exclusive Stores enables customers (referrer) to help their friends and family gain exciting rewards on purchase of a range of smartphones via Samsung Exclusive Stores. Mind you! The referrer gets additional Smart Club benefits worth up to Rs 7,500 by successfully referring his/her friends and family to purchase select smartphones from Samsung Exclusive Stores. Both the referrer and referee will get reward points once the transaction is completed successfully.
Additionally, repeat Samsung customers, who try to upgrade their smartphones, can now get a 5 percent discount coupon when they visit an authorized Samsung Service Center that can be redeemed at Samsung Smart Cafes, Samsung Smart Plazas and Samsung e-Store.
Besides these, Samsung has also introduced WhatsApp Chatbot to help consumers connect to the nearest Samsung SmartCafé with just a few clicks. With a “Hi” message on Samsung SmartCafé that has WhatsApp number 9870-494949, customers can locate the nearest Samsung SmartCafe, buy online from the store, book a Home Demo, request a call back from store and learn about the latest offers and product launches. Once the purchase is done, customers get electronic invoice for their transaction on WhatsApp through “Opt in” link shared via SMS post billing at the store.
Up until now, Samsung has almost 2000 Samsung Exclusive Stores that comprise of Samsung SmartCafé and Samsung Smart Plaza, in India. The new programs will be applicable to all Samsung Exclusive Stores in India.
