Samsung unveils original series titled ‘Foley – Sound Meets Story’ in collaboration with Dolby

Samsung launched a new series called ‘Foley – Sound Meets Story’, which uses immersive audio to take viewers on a cinematic trip. The collaboration with Dolby, a leader in immersive entertainment experiences, brings together Dolby’s expertise with Samsung’s cutting-edge technology in TVs and Soundbars. The series will be available in over 5,000 Samsung locations across India, with well-trained retail staff. The series demonstrates Dolby Atmos’ immersive audio capabilities as employed by Foley artists.

Samsung has introduced a new series, ‘Foley – Sound Meets Story’, in partnership with Dolby, showcasing immersive audio technology in TVs and Soundbars, marking a big step forward for the firm. The ‘Foley – Sound Meets Story’ series consists of five episodes inspired by fire, water, wind, jungle, and food. It focuses on the art of generating soundscapes with Dolby Atmos, a technology that provides immersive audio experiences. The series also features Samsung electronics, which brings these sounds to life with incredible clarity and depth. These immersive Dolby Atmos soundscapes can be experienced firsthand at over 5,000 Samsung outlets across India, where qualified personnel will assist customers.

The ‘Foley – Sound Meets Story’ series highlights Dolby Atmos’ role in producing immersive soundscapes, as well as the hardware that brings these experiences to life for consumers.
