TCS has partnered with New Terminal One at JFK Airport to modernise its digital infrastructure. The primary goal is to offer an improved guest experience via innovative solutions. The collaboration aims to deliver a world-class airport experience for travellers and to achieve cost savings for airlines operating out of JFK. The investment will enable TCS and New Terminal One to establish a new standard for international travel at JFK, a vital gateway to the United States.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a leading worldwide IT services and consulting firm, has been selected as the partner for JFK Airport’s New Terminal One. This transformative endeavour aims to upgrade and improve the entire travel experience for passengers at JFK Airport.

The new Terminal One is a key part of the $19 billion makeover of JFK Airport that is being led by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The project involves two new terminals, modernisation of two current terminals, a new ground transportation hub and a new highway network. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has played a key part in this development by establishing the digital infrastructure for New Terminal One that would aid in improving decision-making for airline operations. TCS will be responsible for all technological systems at the terminal, including passenger processing, AI-driven IT operations, infrastructure management, support for enterprise applications and cybersecurity services.
