These days Tablets are facing increased competition from a bunch of electronic gadgets such as smartphones, gaming devices and many more. All these gadgets are easy to handle and offer lots of features that are the major challenges for the tablets automatically restraining the demand for the devices. However, over the past few years, there is an increase in demand in the corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, media, and entertainment sector. Apple and Samsung are the key players in the tablet market as they are offering lots of features and getting success. Of late Samsung has now introduced a new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in the market. The company has launched its latest tablet in the Indonesian market that comes with S Pen, a rear camera and a 7,040mAh battery.

The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has launched the Lite version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6. The tablet will be offered in two storage variants 64GB and 128GB. It will be available in three different colours options Angora Blue, Chiffon Pink, and Oxford Grey

 Until now there is no official word with regard to the pricing and availability of this tablet and it is still unclear if the company will bring the device to the Indian market. To recall the company launched Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 in India last year with a starting price of Rs 44,800. So the Lite variant is expected to come at a lesser price.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite specifications

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite comes with a 10.4-inch WUXGA TFT display with 1,200×2,000 pixels of resolution. The device is powered by an unnamed octa-core processor which is expected to be Exynos 9810 or Exynos 9611. It will be offered with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 1TB. The tablet runs on One UI 2.0 skinned on top of Android 10. 

In terms of camera, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite features an 8-megapixel rear camera with auto-focus and is capable of recording videos in 1080p at 30fps. And the hole punch on the display houses a 5-megapixel selfie camera. 

For connectivity, there is 3.5mm audio jack, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS support and USB Type-C port. It also equipped AKG speakers and has Dolby Atmos support. The Samsung Tablet packs a 7,040mAh battery that delivers video playback time of up to 13 hours.
