ABP Education is investing in YoLearn.ai to boost personalised learning for Indian students. The investment is intended to turn conventional school books into AI-based personal teachers, enhancing the accessibility and quality of education. ABP Education, drawing on its experience in content, marketing and distribution, aims to reach an estimated 250 million K-12 students throughout India.

ABP Education, the arm of ABP Group, has made a significant investment in AI.YoLearn Private Limited is a Noida-based firm that provides a voice-first AI tuition platform, YoLearn.ai. The partnership is not just financial assistance but also includes substantial contributions in content creation, marketing and distribution support. The investment will target providing personalised AI tutoring solutions to an estimated 250 million K-12 students in India.

The move is a big step for ABP Education and represents a direct entry into the AI teaching space, rather than focusing on distribution agreements. YoLearn.ai will collaborate with ABP Group subsidiaries, Headword Publishing and KIPS Learning, to increase the capabilities of the YooLearn platform. They want to convert current school textbooks into AI-powered personal tutors branded Headword.ai and kipslearning.ai so that students can easily access these advanced learning tools from the textbooks they already know. The effort is reflective of the increasing use of technology in education and the move toward customised educational experiences in the country.

YoLearn.ai is a new educational platform that was launched in Jan 2025 in Noida by a team of IIT graduates; Kirti Prakash Mishra is the founder & CEO. The platform is projected to reach 25,000 schools, train 150,000 instructors and assist 100 million learners, therefore greatly expanding educational prospects.

YoLearn.ai provides interactive learning experiences for students to scan book codes and ask questions in 22 languages. This feature allows for voice answers and live diagram illustrations, making the learning experience richer. It also delivers limitless practice tests that follow normal board marking patterns for a thorough evaluation and progress monitoring. School administrators may use real-time dashboards to track results and progress effectively.

YoLearn.ai has over 50 AI teaching assistant tools that help teachers create better lesson plans, assessments, and classroom activities. One notable feature is the customisable co-teacher avatar that enables customised educational sessions.

The platform has been built with privacy as a priority, and all student data is securely housed in India. It leverages real-time voice processing and human assessment of AI evaluations and places a premium on safety and dependability in teaching procedures.

YoLearn.ai is a part of the NVIDIA Inception programme and received pre-seed funding. As a YourStory Tech30 2025 firm, it is dedicated to innovating in the ed-tech space. YoLearn.ai will work along with Headword.ai and kipslearning.ai in the future for the 2026-27 academic year, which will be accessible on the web, Android and iOS.
