1) Google Drive
Google Drive is a cloud storage service by Google where you can save your documents and files. You get an upgradable 15GB of storage that you can easily access from anywhere. Google provides you with robust and handy mobile applications so that you can work from anywhere. You can share the attachments up to 25MB in size with Gmail messages. But when the files above 25MB are shared via the Drive link. Gmail users can share their files and folders up to 10GB in size. Google’s free tier is enough for a majority of users as it gives you a reusable 15GB of storage. You can repeatedly share large files provided you keep deleting the older ones.
2) Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft’s OneDrive is a cloud-storage service and competitor to Google’s Drive. You also get desktop clients and mobile applications to store all your files and access them anywhere and anytime. Dropbox provides integration with around 100,000 third-party applications, making it one of the most preferred cloud storage services. To share a file or folder on Dropbox:
- Sign in to your Dropbox
- Select ‘All files’ in the left sidebar.
- Click on the file you want to share and click the share icon.
- Type the email of the recipient.
- Click Share file or Share folder.
