Apple is planning to conduct vaccine drives in its offices. The company has reportedly collaborated with Walgreens Boots Alliance, an American holding company for this programme. Apple employees will soon get the vaccination facility at their workplaces.

According to Sheryl Sandberg, Chief Operating Officer of Facebook, “We’re also teaming up with the State of California and local non-profits to support mobile vaccination clinics in four of the state’s hardest hit regions”.

The company has already started the onsite vaccination process for its employees at different campuses across the United States. These include offices in Kansas, Missouri, and Nevada. Amazon India announced to bear the cost of vaccination of its employees as well as employees of the linked firms.
According to Amazon India, “As COVID-19 vaccines become available to individuals above 45 years of age in India, Amazon India is encouraging its employees, associates, sellers on Amazon.in and partners to get vaccinated at the earliest appropriate time to protect themselves, their families, and their communities.”
