How to create an RSVP form on Google Forms?

Apart from creating a basic form, you can also use Google Forms to make an RSVP invitation for an event or a party. The preset template for an RSVP form does most of the work, leaving you to just fill out the necessary information along with any relevant questions. Here’s how you can create an RSVP form on Google Forms.

Step 1: Open Google Forms in your web browser.

Step 3: Click on each section to fill out the info related to your event.

  • You can add other boxes if you need to gather some more information or have additional questions to ask.

Step 4: Click on the dotted lines at the middle of a panel and drag it to change its position in the form.

Step 5: Use the menu on the top right section of the page to add a header image, and change the colour theme, background colour, and text font.

Step 6: Use the side menu along every panel to add a title, image, video, extra panel, or import questions from another font.

Step 7: Use the Settings window to manage the presentation of the form, and control how responses are collected. You can select whether filling the form should require signing in from a Google account.

Step 8: Once you’re done, click on Send at the top right corner of the page to send the form to your email contacts. You can also generate the link to the form and share it on social media.

Once you’ve shared the form with your contacts, you can monitor the responses on the ‘Responses’ window in your form. You can view the summary of responses in order to get a quick idea of how many people will be attending the event. You can also look up individual responses to get a detailed view of user responses.
