Step 2: Select ‘Backup & reset’ and tap on ‘Erase all data (factory reset).’
Step 3: In the following window, select ‘Delete all data’ from the bottom of the screen.

Step 5: Tap ‘OK’ on all backup warnings.
It will take a few minutes for your phone to reset. Following the factory reset, your smartphone will reboot and you will have to sign in using your Google account again.
