JioBharat Phones with up to 7 days battery life and safety features launched

Jio announced the debut of its new JioBharat phones at the India Mobile Congress 2025, stressing safety features for old, children, and women. The phones have location tracking, a usage manager for controlling calls and texts, and a battery life of up to seven days. In addition to the phone release, Jio announced the Jio AI Classroom, a four-week foundational course powered by JioPC that teaches students about new technologies.
JioBharat Safety-First Phones are priced from Rs. 799 and are sold in India through Jio Stores, JioMart, Amazon, and other retailers. These phones enable parents to keep their children connected via smart location and call management, while reducing social media distractions.

Jio announced its Safety-First functionality on JioBharat phones at the India Mobile Congress 2025, intending to improve connectivity and protect Indian families. This solution is intended to keep family members connected regardless of location, providing a safe and dependable communication experience. The system’s key features include Location Monitoring for tracking loved ones, a Usage Manager for guardians to limit unknown contacts and manage distractions, Phone & Service Health for real-time device insights, and a powerful battery backup lasting up to 7 days to ensure continuous connectivity.

The JioBharat phones are designed for a wide range of user groups: children gain from smart location and call management without social media distractions, elderly parents from easy functionality with health and location updates, and women benefit from a dependable tool for security and connectivity.
