In addition, the Apple Heart and Movement Study are releasing preliminary lifestyle trends from the previous year.

Apple is celebrating Heart Month by presenting special compilations across Apple Fitness+, the App Store, the Apple TV app, Apple Podcasts, and Apple Books. Apple is providing a new Heart Month Activity Challenge to enable individuals of all fitness levels to put their health first by completing 30 minutes in their Exercise ring on February 14 to get a unique prize to help Apple Watch users remain motivated. For customers looking to upgrade their Apple Watch in February, Apple is offering extra savings in select countries on Apple Watch trade-ins. Trade-in offers are available in the US, Canada, the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the UAE.

Starting February 14, Fitness+ will also have a dedicated section of 30-minute energising exercises to assist users to achieve the award and stay active. These workouts will push users to get their weekly minutes of activity. Fitness+ subscribers can now watch a new motivational Time to Walk episode featuring Georges St-Pierre, former mixed martial arts champion widely regarded as one of the sport’s finest.
