Today in India, Dell announced the launch of its most premium laptop XPS 17. The machine is the larger version of Dell XPS 13 and XPS 15. Powered by the latest 10th Gen Intel processor, SSD and an Nvidia Max-Q GPU it has a vibrant, high-resolution touch screen display. With the launch of Dell XPS 17, the company aims to take on the 16-inch version of MacBook Pro. The laptop is going on sale today, check out the details below.

Like most Dell laptops, the XPS 17 comes in several configurations. The base model of the Dell laptop starts at Rs 209,500. The laptops are going to be available across the country via e-commerce website Amazon, the company’s official online store along with select Dell Exclusive Stores starting today. The device comes with 10th Generation Intel Core i7 FHD processor, i7 UHD processor with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU configured.

Dell XPS 17 laptop is powered by up to the Intel Core i7 FHD processor. If you are into photo and video editing or maybe a bit of gaming then this machine has NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti GPU. The notebook also has a 15-inch virtually borderless, 4-sided InfinityEdge display with the optional 4K Ultra HD+ (3840 x 2400) resolution provides pinpoint accuracy, precise detail, and sharp images and immersive viewing experience. The Eyesafe display technology helps reduce harmful blue light. Under the hood, there is a thermal design equipped with GORE™ Thermal Insulation for increased fan airflow to fuel demanding projects.
The device is made from a platinum silver anodised aluminium along the exterior with a dell branding sits in the centre of the lid. According to the company, 100% of the XPS enclosure is made through CNC (computer numerical control) machining process and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 is bonded to the aluminium to make it damage-resistant. It also has the Waves Nx 3D audio for speakers tuned by multi-Grammy Award-winning producer Jack Joseph Puig.
The company said The XPS 17 is made with recycled ocean-bound plastics, locally recycled plastic, sustainable materials, and recycled corrugate qualified by EPEAT Silver Certification.
