Telegram has pushed out a new update for the messaging platform. The new Telegram update comes with a slew of new features like tools to help you control your downloads, swiftly share documents, rearrange media albums before sending, turn your channel into a TV station, and more. In order to initiate discussions, you can now send t.me links to your phone number.as

The new Telegram update has been announced via blog post. As previously stated, the update includes a new download manager. Users of Telegram may transfer files of any sort up to 2 GB in size and access them from any device — with limitless cloud storage. A new symbol will now display in the Search bar when files are actively downloading. To see and manage them, tap the icon or click to the ‘Downloads’ tab in Search – stop and resume all downloads or individual things, and pick one to boost its priority or view it in chat.

In addition, there is a new attachment menu to share numerous photographs or videos, touch ‘… chosen’ at the top of the panel to see how the album will appear in the conversation when sent – and rearrange or remove selected media. To keep current with the Android app, the Attach attachment menu for iOS has been completely revamped. The in-app camera is now seamlessly integrated into the gallery, and a new navigation bar provides easy access to photographs, files, location sharing, and other features. The new Files tab displays recently transmitted files and allows you to search for them by name.

Panels and headers have a faint transparency effect in Night Mode, allowing chat backdrops, stickers, and media to show through as you navigate.

The new Telegram update brings an enhanced login on Android and macOS with smooth new animations. Watch as the numbers from your login code slip into position on Android. Watch the Matrix code fall on the QR Code login page on Telegram for macOS. Neo, follow the white duck. Telegram apps allow users to be logged in on several accounts simultaneously – with different phone numbers.

Anyone may establish a unique @username from the Settings page, offering others a simple method to reach you without exposing your phone number via Search or your t.me/username link.

The new Telegram update also allows you to provide a direct t.me link to your phone number, which begins a conversation with you immediately. The link will, of course, only function if your privacy settings allow others to find you by phone number.

Live video broadcasts with an infinite number of viewers are supported by Groups and Channels. With this upgrade, you may broadcast from streaming tools such as OBS Studio and XSplit Broadcaster — easily adding overlays and multi-screen layouts, transforming any Telegram channel into a professional TV Station.

Start a new Video Chat in your group or a new Live Stream in your channel, then hit the ‘Start With’ option and enter the information provided there into your streaming tool. However, using software encoding (x264 in OBS) is recommended for best quality. To watch your broadcast, your viewers will need to upgrade their applications to the most recent version.

Anyone may preview profiles, postings, or full public channels in their browser using t.me links like t.me/durov – even if they haven’t joined up for Telegram yet.

These web samples have been updated to include chat backdrops and style features from the full-featured Telegram Web client.
