Honor Band 6 with SpO2, heart rate meter and sleep monitor launched in India

The device offers 10 workout modes and more than 100 watch faces

Honor Band 6 has been officially launched in India and is now available for purchase in the country. Prior to its launch in the country, the smartphone was launched in China last year. The smart band comes with a rectangular 1.47-inch colour display offering 10 sports modes. It comes with 24-hour heart rate monitoring and women’s health management features claims to run for 14 days on typical usage.

Honor Band 6 pricing and availability

Honor Band 6 has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 3,999. The smart wearable is listed on Flipkart for purchase. The sale of the device will begin from June 14 in the country. The launch offers on the fitness band includes a 5 percent cashback on Flipkart via Axis Bank credit card. There will be Rs 75 off on UPI transactions above Rs 10,000 and Rs 75 off on RuPay transactions above Rs 7,500. The first time customers can get Rs 100 off on the purchase above Rs 5,000. In addition to this, e-commerce will also offer no-cost EMIs starting at Rs. 667 per month.

Honor Band 6 Specifications and features

Honor Band 6 is not as big as a smartwatch and not sleek as a fitness band. It features a 1.47-inch colour display that comes with touch support and a 2.5D curved glass. It has more than 100 dial faces to choose from. There are 10 workout modes on the fitness band that includes outdoor/indoor running, cycling, swimming, and walking. The other 6 workouts are automatically detected with an automatic activity tracking feature. 

With Huawei’s TruSeen 4.0 tech the fitness band can monitor heart rate all day. There are other health-related sensors such as SpO2 monitoring, built-in sleep monitors that can track your sleep patterns and offer suggestions. Besides these, there are women’s health management features on the Honor Band 6 that includes ovulation tracking, menstrual cycle tracking, and more. 

The smart band has support for voice control and can activate voice assistants with the command of your voice. The fitness band is compatible with any smartphone running Android 5.0 and above using Bluetooth 5.0. It equips a 180mAh battery that can last for up to 14 days with typical usage and up to 10 days with heavy usage.
