These days we are seeing lots of launches especially in the department of computers and laptops. HP has announced the launch of its new range of ENVY notebooks in India. The company has introduced HP Envy 15, HP Envy 13, HP Envy x360 13, HP ZBook Studio, and HP ZBook Create laptops. The new laptops come with minimalistic design and powerful software as well as hardware features specially designed for creators, consumers, prosumers and professionals including photographers, vloggers, graphic designers, architects, filmmakers and more.
HP Envy 15
In terms of design, the notebook comes with sophisticated aluminium chassis and diamond-cut design protected with a layer of glass on top of the touchpad for a smooth-touch experience. In addition to this, there is an all-in-one keyboard, which includes easily accessible buttons for power, camera shutter, mute mic, fingerprint reader, and HP Command Center. As the name suggests there is a 15.6-inch 4K UHD AMOLED display with 3,840×2,160 pixels of resolution. The screen has 100 percent of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and 400 nits peak brightness.
On the hardware front under the hood, there is a 10th-gen Core i7-10750H CPU with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6GB GPU with Max-Q design that brings up to 16GB of DDR4 Memory. In addition to this, the offers gaming-class thermals – a vapour chamber and two 12-volt fans.
For fast storage and connectivity, there is up to 1 TB PCIe SSD and RAID 0 (2xSSD), along with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5. This comes with an 83Wh battery that claims to offer 16.5 hours of battery life and with the HP fast charger, it can charge up to 50 percent in 45 minutes. There is an HP QuickDrop feature that allows seamless transfers of digital creations, documents, notes, websites, addresses, and more across a variety of devices including PC, iPhone, Android, or tablet.
HP Envy 13
The HP Envy 13 laptop is powered by up to 10th-generation Intel Core i7 processor with Nvidia GeForce MX350 graphics and 2GB VRAM. You get a full-HD display with 88 percent screen-to-body ratio. It offers up to 19.5 hours of battery life. In addition to this there is Wi-Fi 6 connectivity for connectivity.
HP Envy x360 13
This device is a convertible laptop that offers an 88% screen-to-body ratio. The laptop is powered by an AMD Ryzen 4000 series mobile processor with Radeon Graphics. It is claimed to deliver up to 17.5 hours of battery life with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0.
HP ZBook Studio and HP ZBook Create
These laptops are said to be the world’s smallest device that comes with 15.6-inch screen displays. Both are powered by Intel Xeon processors that include Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 or GeForce RTX 2080 for graphics. Both the laptops bring DreamColor display with 17.5 hours of battery life best suited for visual effects artists, animators, and colourists as the display offers 100% sRGB and Adobe RGB for accuracy. Whereas the Z Command Keyboard comes with a familiar keyboard layout for shortcuts and ultra-quiet keys for the perfect creative flow without interruptions.
In addition to this, it has a vapour cooling chamber and liquid crystal polymer to keep the device cool while you are multitasking. According to the company, these HP laptops comply with MIL-STD 810G testing.
Pricing and availability
All the laptops will be available in India via HP Worlds store as well as official online stores across the country.
The HP Envy 15 will be available in three variants price starting at Rs 119,999 and goes up to Rs 169,999. While the HP Envy 13 and Envy x360 13 price starts at Rs 79,999. The HP ZBook Studio and HP ZBook Create are scheduled to go on sale in the country starting September 1 at Rs 177,000 onwards.
