HP has now unveiled new OMEN Laptops and accessories, updates to OMEN Command Center and introduced the first 16-inch Pavilion Gaming laptop to enable today’s gamer to play their best while pushing the limits of what their devices can do. With this, HP offers “First of its kind” hardware technologies in the industry to offer unmatched power without any compromise.
Stating that as people are spending more time at home uncovering new avenues for both entertainment and general well-being, Vickram Bedi, Senior Director, Personal Systems, HP India Market, said, “HP continues to push progression in gaming by growing and evolving the ecosystem with enhanced experiences through broad gaming portfolio. The newest OMEN line-up brings together an ecosystem of hardware and software to help today’s gamers feel connected and entertained. The OMEN 15 is smallest 15-inch portable gaming laptop with an 8 percent shorter and 11 percent thinner frame. The latest OMEN 15, featuring a redesigned chassis with a smallest 15-inch gaming laptop footprint in the industry, offers minimalist aesthetics and includes the new OMEN diamond logo in a blue to green gradient. The laptop comes in both Mica Silver and Shadow Black with optional full RGB per-key lighting. The OMEN 15 (Intel) is available at a starting price of Rs 79,999, while OMEN 15 (AMD) comes at a starting price of 75,999.
In addition, OMEN 15 gaming laptop delivers graphics with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super with MAX-Q Design4.5. Power through games with desktop caliber performance up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 H-series processors6 or experience AMD’s CPU debut on an OMEN laptop with up to AMD Ryzen 7 H-series processors7, as well as up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM8 to make multi-tasking a breeze. The laptop comes with a wide variety of storage options, including up to 1 TB PCIe SSD supporting RAID 010 for blazing load speeds. The 15-inch HP’s OMEN 15 gaming laptop is supported by a new 180-degree flat hinge design for increased stability during those hectic gaming sessions, with options up to OLED, or FHD 300 Hz11 and NVIDIA G-SYNC technology on select configurations. In OMEN 15, OMEN Tempest Cooling Technology keeps things super chill with enlarged vent openings and up to a 12 V fan13 which utilizes the three-sided venting to enable five-way airflow and push this laptop towards desktop-level CPU performance.
Furthermore, OMEN 15 maximize productivity during media consumption and browsing with the Graphics Switcher via OMEN Command Center3 that enables a hybrid setting for battery life up to 12.5 hours. Featuring the esports grade OMEN Radar 3 sensor, OMEN Vector Mouse supports up to 16,000 dpi with 99 percent accuracy, 400 IPS, acceleration, and self-calibration. This mouse is built to win with Omron switches offering a 50 million click lifespan and a snag-proof braided cable15. HP has also unveiled the new HP Pavilion Gaming 16 laptop which is the company’s first ever 16” diagonal gaming PC. It features up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processor6 and up to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660Ti graphics within a sleek angular black chassis. Micro-edge bezels and IPS-level display at 1080p help make games pop off the screen15. Designed for reliable gaming and creating content, this highly portable device is the first Pavilion Gaming laptop to include HP OMEN Command Center and is equipped with a Wi-Fi 6 option19 to keep a reliable connection when playing from the desk to the couch. HP Pavilion Gaming 16 (Intel) is available at a starting price of Rs 70,999, while the pavilion gaming 16 (AMD) is available at a starting price of Rs 59,999.
