Infinix, a Hong Kong-based smartphone company today announced the launch of its latest smartphone in the Indian market. The company has introduced Infinix Hot 10S as its latest addition to its Hot 10 series. The device comes with a 6,000mAH battery and features a 90Hz refresh rate screen. In addition to this, there is a 90Hz refresh rate display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset.
Infinix Hot 10S price and availability
The Infinix Hot 10S has been launched in India in two different configurations. The price of the base 4GB RAM with 64GB storage option is set at Rs 9,999. Whereas the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage model will be available with a price tag of Rs 10,999. The device will be offered in four colour options of Morandi Purple, 7-Degree Purple, Heart of Ocean, and 95-Degree Black. The phone is scheduled to go on sale via Flipkart from noon onwards. The company is offering Rs 500 off on the purchase of the handset on the first day of the sale.
Infinix Hot 10S specifications
The Infinix Hot 10S is powered by MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, paired with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB of storage that can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. The device runs on Android 11 with XOS 7.6 custom skin on top and it comes with a 6.82-inch HD+ IPS display offering 720×1,640 pixels of resolution. The display supports a 90Hz screen refresh rate and 80Hz touch sampling rate and offers a 90.6% screen-to-body ratio and 20.5:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, the screen is protected with NEG’s premium Dinorex T2X-1 glass. In addition to this, there is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock as well.
On the camera front, Infinix Hot 10S features a triple rear camera set up that consists of a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor for portraits, and an AI lens. While on the front there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera with a dual front flash. The rear camera supports Time-lapse video recording mode, Slow Motion video recording mode at 240fps and Bokeh video recording mode with Super Night mode for capturing low light images. Whereas both front and rear camera module offers multiple modes like AI 3D Beauty, Panorama, Document mode, AR Shots, Short Video, Custom Bokeh and more.
In terms of connectivity, there is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm jack, FM, Micro USB port, GPS and more. The phone houses a massive 6,000mAh battery with 18W Fast Charge support. The battery is touted to offer 64 days of standby time delivering up to 27 hours of nonstop video playback, 17 hours of gaming, 52 hours of 4G talk-time, 182 hours of music playback, and 17 hours of web surfing.
