The Chinese smartphone company Oppo has updated its popular A-Series in India with the addition of two new smartphones. The company has introduced Oppo A96 and Oppo A76 and both of them are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. Even both the devices also feature a dual rear camera set up, features a hole-punch design display and support 33W fast charging.

Oppo A96, Oppo A76 price in India and availability
The price of the Oppo A96 in India has been set at Rs 19,999 for the single 8GB RAM with a 128GB storage variant. The device will come in two colour options Starry Black and Sunset Blue. On the other hand, the Oppo A76 price is Rs 17,499 for the 6GB RAM with a 128GB storage option. The phone will be available in Glowing Black and Glowing Blue colour options.
Both phones are available through Oppo India’s online store as well as offline retailers in the country.
Oppo A96 specifications
The Oppo A96 features a 6.59-inch full-HD+ LTPS display with 1,080×2,412 pixels of resolution. The screen offers 401ppi pixel density and up to 600 nits of peak brightness. The handset operates on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 on top and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, which can be expanded with a microSD card.
The Oppo A96 has a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.8 aperture as well as a 2-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies.
The Oppo A96 equips a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging. Additionally, there is 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity. An accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, proximity sensor and a fingerprint sensor on the side are among the sensors onboard.
Oppo A76 specifications
The Oppo A76 is highlighted with a 6.56-inch HD+ display with 720×1,612 pixels of resolution. The screen comes with a refresh rate of 90Hz and 269ppi pixel density as well as a peak brightness of up to 600 nits. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC and 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage that can be expanded using a microSD card.
The device has a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. Additionally, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture on the front.
