Samsung introduced its flagship Galaxy S21 Series in the market earlier this year. Just like its previous series this time also the company will bring a cheaper variant of the flagship which is also known as Fan Edition. The company is expected to introduce the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE next month. The device has also appeared on the benchmarking platform Geekbench while the specification and the images of the smartphone have been leaked many times on the web ahead of the official announcement.
According to a tipster citing information from a source, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is expected to get launched next week on September 8. In addition to this, another popular tipster Max Weinbach also shared which shows the smartphone’s name on the display table which is supposed to be taken at a Samsung retail outlet.
Apart from this Samsung Galaxy S21 FE has also appeared on Geekbench with model number Samsung SM-G990E. As per the listing, the device will be powered by Exynos 2100 SoC along with a max clock speed of 2.91GHz paired with 8GB of RAM. The phone has scored 1,084 points in the single-core tests and 3,316 points in the multi-core tests. Moreover, the smartphone will also come with Android 11 out of the box.
Previously the device was also listed on the Google Play Console. As per the listing, the Galaxy S21 FE will be featuring a full-HD+ display with a resolution of 1,080×2,009 pixels. In addition to this, the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC along with Adreno 660 GPU and 6GB of RAM.
Reportedly the handset is expected to be available in Blue, Grey, Green, Violet, and White colour options. It is said to come with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support and a 4,500mAh battery.
Apart from this Galaxy S21 FE leaked renders also shows a phone from all the angles which was later on removed from Instagram. The design revealed a triple rear camera setup. Furthermore, the Instagram post also shows the smartphone with volume rockers and the power button on the right side of the frame and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The bottom part revealed a speaker grille, a SIM tray, and a USB Type-C port.
