Sony launches an all-new line-up of 4K HDR smart TVs in India

The new BRAVIA X8000H and X7500H 4K televisions showcases glorious 4K pictures.

With an aim to deliver a personalized and true-to-life viewing experience, Sony has now unveiled the all-new BRAVIA X8000H and X7500H television series with 4K Ultra HD LED display in India. These next generation TVs are defined by delivering a personalized and true-to-life viewing experience, the elements that Sony has kept at the core of this development process.

As per Sony, “The BRAVIA X8000H series encompasses of X1 4K HDR picture processor delivering a realistic viewing experience with object-based HDR remaster technology to intelligently enhancing contrast, detail and colour. On the other hand, the X7500H series has X1 4K picture processor which produces a viewing experience closer to 4K resolution and full of life-like colour and contrast.”

In order to give its users an ultimate premium viewing experience, the new BRAVIA X8000H and X7500H 4K televisions showcases glorious 4K pictures, rich with real world detail and texture. Using a unique 4K database, images filmed in 2K and even Full HD are upscaled close to 4K resolution by 4K X-Reality PRO.Sony also asserted that TRILUMINOS-powered 4K HDR picture processor X1 reproduces more colours than a conventional television analysing and processing data in every image to make colours even more natural and precise. These newly-launched Sony BRAVIA X8000H and X7500H come with easy controls like the newly-designed smart remote. a slimmer and more rounded design with built-in voice control microphone as well as enhanced button layout to provide a user-friendly experience.

To create an immersive, engaging cinematic experience in your home, the new BRAVIA X8000H line-up comes with Dolby Vision. According to Sony, “With Dolby Atmos, sound from the new BRAVIA X8000H 4K televisions come from above as well as from the sides so you can hear objects moving overhead with more realism for a truly multidimensional experience. The Bass Reflex speaker in the X7500H series delivers impressive low-end sound that’s well suited to movies, sport and music. An isolated box design ensures highly efficient sound reproduction, delivering punchy bass without compromising detail and clarity.”

The new line-up features Android 9 Pie that offers users easy access to content, services and devices via its extensive platform. Sony’s original UI menus and voice controls are also enhanced for better daily use. Expanded voice control functions enable users to enjoy live TV, apps and connected devices hands-free. Moreover, Sony’s voice-activated TVs work alongside Google Assistant to provide a smarter viewing experience. So now easily search and watch your favourite movies, get answers on screen like sports scores or weather updates, control your TV and even your home – all with your voice, revealed Sony. Interestingly, users can even enjoy their favourite content from Apple Devices with Apple AirPlay and Apple HomeKit on their Sony TV. As of now, this feature is applicable on BRAVIA X8000H.

As far as price and availability is concerned, both the newly-launched models BRAVIA X8000H and the X7500H are available across all Sony Centers, major electronic stores and e-commerce portals in India. While the 85-inch Sony BRAVIA X8000H is available at a price of Rs 5,99,990, the 65-inch BRAVIA X8000H comes with a price tag of Rs 1,39,990. On the other hand, the 55-inch Sony BRAVIA X7500H will be launched at Rs 79,990. In addition to this, customers can also avail a 5 percent cashback on selected bank credit cards with applicable terms and conditions, revealed Sony.
