Amazon has announced the launch of a next-generation all-new Kindle e-reader in India. The All-New Kindle’s 16GB version is now available for purchase on the e-commerce platform. a 6-inch, 300 ppi high-resolution display, USB-C charging, up to six weeks of battery life, and 16GB of storage space, which can hold thousands of books.
The All-New Kindle’s 16GB version is now available for an introductory price of INR 8,999. This offer is only good for a short time and while supplies last. It will thereafter be sold for the standard price of INR 9,999. The device is available on Amazon in the colours Denim and Black. For INR 1,799, you can purchase brand-new fabric Kindle covers in Black, Rose, Denim, and Dark Emerald.
According to the corporation, its most recent e-book reader has better charging, storage capabilities, is the smallest and lightest Kindle yet and enables seamless reading anytime, anyplace. The All-New Kindle features a 6-inch, 300 ppi high-resolution display that is said to have three times as many pixels as the previous model, resulting in laser-quality text and images that read like paper.
A comfortable reading experience is offered in all lighting conditions, even direct sunshine or no light at all, thanks to dark mode and adjustable front light. Customers’ favourites like X-Ray, which provides crucial information about persons or locations referenced in a book, and a built-in dictionary to rapidly look up any term are included in the device’s extensive feature set.
The Kindle app for iOS and Android has a simplified setup feature that gives you the opportunity to register your device in fewer steps and start reading a book even faster. Reading time is increased thanks to the device’s extended battery life, which can last up to six weeks, and the USB-C port’s improved charging efficiency. You can bring your collection with you because of the 16GB of storage it includes, which is twice as much as the previous edition.
90% recyclable magnesium was carefully acquired and used in the construction of the device. 100% wood fiber-based components from sustainably managed forests or recycled sources make up the Kindle device packaging. Additionally, Kindle accessory covers follow suit with packaging that is made primarily of wood fibre (99%).
