Vivo S1 is set to launch in India on August 7: Key details

Currently, Vivo S1 is available in a single variant that has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

Vivo launched the global variant of its Vivo S1 smartphone in Indonesia last week. Now, the Vivo S1 handset is all set to be unveiled in India. The Chinese technology brand has started sending ‘Block Your Calendar’ invites to the media for an event on August 7. The key specifications of the latest smartphone by Vivo include a Full-HD+ Super AMOLED display and a triple rear camera setup. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC paired with 128GB internal storage.

The invites do not disclose any information about the price and specifications of the product. They also do not mention the proper name of the smartphone. It just has ‘ Dial S for Style’ written on it, along with ‘Block your date’ and ‘07.08.2019’. This makes it very evident that the invite is indeed for Vivo S1, and that it will be launched in India on August 7. For quite some time, the Chinese smartphone maker has been posting teasers videos of the smartphone on its website, and that too, confirms the arrival of the smartphone in the country. In fact, the company has also signed the Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan to promote the handset.
