Vivo S7t 5G powered by MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC with a dual selfie camera launched

The device comes with similar specifications as the vanilla Vivo S7

The Chinese smartphone company has added a new 5G smartphone to the Vivo S7 series. The company launched the Vivo S7t 5G in China that comes with a dual selfie camera and is powered by Snapdragon 765G SoC. The series already includes two smartphones namely the Vivo S7 and the Vivo S7e 5G that are powered by MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC instead of a Snapdragon processor. Read on to know the specifications and price details of the newly launched Vivo smartphone.

Vivo has landed with another S7 series phone Vivo S7t 5G. The smartphone has been launched in a single 8GB RAM with a 128GB storage option priced at CNY 2,698 that translates to Rs 30,500. The device is offered in two colour options of Black and Monet Diffuse. The new Vivo S7 series smartphone is now available for purchase via Vivo online store in its home market China. However, there is no word from the company that when it is planning to bring its new Vivo S7 series to the global market and specifically to India.

Vivo S7t technical specifications

Speaking of the specifications, the Vivo S7t carries almost the same specifications as the vanilla Vivo S7. The device comes with a 6.44-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display offering 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. The display has a 91.2 percent screen-to-body ratio and a 408ppi pixel density. The phone runs OriginOS 1.0 based on Android 11 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage.

In terms of camera capabilities, the new Vivo smartphone features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.89aperture. In addition to this, there is an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel black and white sensor with f/2.4 aperture. While on the front the smartphone sports a dual selfie camera set up that includes a 44-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle f/2.28 sensor.

The Vivo S7t is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery that comes with 33W fast charging support. For connectivity, there is dual-band Wi-Fi, 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The sensors on the phone include an in-display fingerprint scanner, gravity sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, and e-compass.
