Vivo Y33s with the 50-megapixel triple rear camera set up and a 5,000mAh battery launched in India

The Chinese smartphone company Vivo today expanded its Y-Series line up with the addition of a new smartphone. The company today announced the launch of the Vivo Y33s smartphone powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC. Other key highlights of the smartphone include a triple rear camera set up and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Read on to know Vivo Y33s price in India and its availability.

Vivo Y33s price and availability details

Vivo Y33s price in India has been set at Rs 17,990 for the single 8GB RAM with a 128GB storage model. The device comes in two colour options of Midday Dream and Mirror Black. The phone will be available across Vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, Bajaj Finserv EMI Store and across all partner retail stores in the country.

The company will be offering flat Rs 1,500 cashback to the HDFC and ICICI Bank cardholders along with an extra Rs 1,500 exchange bonus and no-cost EMI for up to 9 months.

Vivo Y33s specifications

Coming to the specification, Vivo Y33s features a 6.58-inch full-HD+ LCD display with 1,080×2,408 pixels of resolution. It runs on Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11 and is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with 8GB of RAM (4GB of extended RAM) and 128GB of storage. The internal memory can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. The device also features Multi-Turbo 5.0 that optimizes the memory to improve performance. The liquid cooling technology features an intelligent heat dissipation management system that keeps the smartphone cool, even while playing heavy-duty games.

In terms of photography, Vivo Y33s comes with a triple rear camera setup that houses a  50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. In addition to this, there is a 2-megapixel macro with  f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. For taking selfies and video chats it sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture along with built-in camera features that include Personalized Portrait Mode and Super Night Selfie Noise Reduction technology. 

The new handset by Vivo is fueled by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. There is dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G, Bluetooth v5, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C port for connectivity. Whereas the sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, and gyroscope.
