The Chinese maker Vivo has unveiled a new smartphone in China. The company has launched Vivo Y51s that comes with triple rear camera setup. It is backed by a 4,500mAh battery and powered by an octa-core Exynos 880 processor with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor on it. The device’s specifications are very much close to Vivo Y70s the only difference here is the camera details.

Vivo Y51s has been launched in China in a single 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage option. The device is priced at CNY 1,798 that translates to Rs 19,100. This smartphone will be offered in three colour options of Secret Realm Black, Snow Feather White, and Bihailan Blue. It is scheduled to go on sale in China on July 29 as the company has opened reservations via Vivo official website.

Vivo Y51s comes with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ LCD display having 1,080×2,340 pixels of resolution with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 90.72 percent screen to body rations offering 394 PPI pixel density. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Exynos 880 chipset with two Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2.0GHz and six Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. For graphics, there is a Mali-G76 MP5 coupled with 6GB of LPPDR4x RAM with 128GB of storage.
In terms of imaging, there is a triple camera set up that includes a 48-megapixel primary lens with f/1.79 aperture. In addition to this, there is a 2-megapixel depth sensor for taking portraits with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For taking selfies there is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.05 aperture. The selfie camera supports various camera modes that include portrait, panorama, dynamic photo, night view, slow motion, time-lapse among others.
Vivo Y51s boasts a 4,500mAh battery supported by an 18W dual-engine flash charging tech. The connectivity option on the phone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Micro-USB port, and 3.5mm audio jack. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock to unlock the device.
