Ai+ Smartphone has launched two new models in its Nova Series for the Indian market, the Nova 2 Neo 5G and the Nova 2 Pro 5G. These smartphones are targeted at first-time smartphone customers or those wishing to upgrade for improved performance. The rollout is part of the company’s Open Review Program, which lets members of the technology community test the devices without limits and shows the company’s dedication to user input and transparency.

The Nova 2 Neo is the most affordable variant in the series and is aimed mostly at first-time users and budget shoppers. The handset has a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G CPU and sports a 6.745-inch HD+ 120Hz display, a 48MP AI camera and an 8MP front camera. Also on board is a massive 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging capabilities, and it comes with storage choices that can be expanded to a whopping 2TB. The device is IP65 dust- and water-resistant, supports dual SIM 5G, and has a compact 8.5mm profile. The phone runs on the newest Android 16-based NxtQuantum OS and also has a NxtPrivacy Dashboard for enhanced user privacy. Available combinations for this device are 4GB + 128GB and 6GB + 128GB options.

The Nova 2 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor and has a bigger 6.9-inch FHD+ 144Hz display. It has a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 13MP front camera for content makers in terms of photography. The gadget features customisable back panel lighting and twin stereo speakers for a better multimedia experience. It has a 6,000mAh battery like its cousin; however, it does allow quicker charging at 33W. The Nova 2 Pro also has NxtQuantum OS, based on Android 16, with powerful AI key customisation. The possible combinations for this device are 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB.

Price in India, Availability

The Nova 2 Neo and Nova 2 Pro smartphones will be sold on Flipkart and select retail stores. The Nova 2 Neo comes in two variants – the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage version is priced at ₹12,999, and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹13,999. The Nova 2 Pro is available in two variants, one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for ₹14,999 and the other with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage for ₹16,999. It is worth noting here that the Nova 2 Pro comes with a special discount of Rs 1,000 on all purchases done using bank debit and credit cards for both models.
