Use WhatsApp Business
WhatsApp has a separate app on the App Store for business accounts. The good news is that you don’t have to be a registered business in order to use it. You can easily register your secondary phone number on WhatsApp Business and use it like a regular app. Here’s how.
Step 1: Download and Install WhatsApp Business from the App Store.
Step 2: Launch WhatsApp Business and agree to the terms and conditions.
Step 3: If you are already using WhatsApp on your iPhone, you will be prompted to use the same number for WhatsApp Business. Select ‘Use a different number’ instead.
Step 4: You will receive an OTP on the number you just registered. Enter it on the app.
Step 5: Tap on ‘Done’ at the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 6: WhatsApp will give you the option to restore your chat history. If this is the first time you are registering this number on WhatsApp, you may not get this message.
Step 7: Set up your profile.
Step 8: In the business category, choose ‘Not a business’ and select ‘Done’.
Step 9: Select Next. You will be prompted to add more details about your business. Choose ‘Not now’.
Once you set up a profile on WhatsApp Business, your contacts will see the ‘Business Account’ tag under your profile name in chat threads.
Use a third-party app
There are several third-party apps that let you mirror your WhatsApp account on your phone. Messenger Duo for WhatsApp lets you link two accounts to your iPhone and offers a bunch of exclusive features like converting voice messages to texts, chat lock, quick send, fancy fonts, message scheduler, and more. In order to link a secondary account all you need to do is scan the QR code on the app using the ‘linked devices’ option on the WhatsApp app. This is similar to how you log in to the official WhatsApp Web Portal. As you may have already guessed by now, this method will require your WhatsApp account to be active on a secondary device at the time of login.

Conclusion
This is how you can use two WhatsApp accounts on an iPhone. If you don’t trust a third-party app with your personal WhatsApp data, you can always use the official WhatsApp Web Portal on Safari to log into your secondary WhatsApp account. This may be slightly inconvenient but it is more secure than using a third-party app.

I don’t like whatsapp. The program is not strong in terms of encryption. In particular, I don’t like that a person’s account is passed as a phone number. It is better to use uMessenger, the built-in messenger of Utopia’s P2P ecosystem. It is designed for instant and confidential communication between network users.
