After the launch of the much-awaited Lenovo Z6, the company launched a watered-down variant of it’s the smartphone – Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition in China. It is brought as a more affordable and a cheaper variant of its flagship smartphone. Unlike the Lenovo Z6 which is powered by the Snapdragon 855 SoC, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition packs Snapdragon 710 SoC under its hood. It comes with a 6.3-inch display, packs a huge 4,050mAh battery and sports a 16MP front camera. Here are the price details and availability of the newly-launched Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition smartphone:

Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition price and availability
The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition comes in multiple RAM and storage variants. The 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage model of the smartphone is priced at CNY 1,099 (approximately Rs 11,100). The 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant of the device is priced at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs 14,200) and the 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant of the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition is priced at CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 17,100). The smartphone comes in two colour variants – Knight Black and Magic Stardust gradient finish.
Currently, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition is launched only in China.

The Lenovo Z6 sports a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It supports hybrid dual-SIM (Nano + Nano/ microSD card) and runs Android Pie skinned with ZUI 11. As mentioned above, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB and 128GB of storage options and can support a microSD card. The newly launched smartphone packs a huge 4,050mAh battery with 15W rapid charging support.
On the camera front, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition features a triple-rear camera setup which comprises of a 16MP primary camera paired with an 8MP wide-angle lens. The third camera is a 5MP telephoto lens. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera with an f/1.2 aperture. Camera features of the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition include AI portrait mode, AI scene detection, super night scene mode, multi-frame noise reduction etc.
Other features of the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack. Unlike its flagship counterpart, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner instead of the in-display fingerprint scanner.
