The Chinese smartphone company Oppo today officially unveiled two new smartphones in India. The company has introduced its latest flagship Oppo Reno 6 5G and Reno 6 Pro 5G. Both the models are powered by MediaTek Dimensity SoCs and come with 65W fast charging support.

Oppo Reno 6 5G and Reno 6 Pro 5G price and availability details
Both Reno 6 5G and Reno 6 Pro 5G will be offered in two colour options of Aurora and Stellar Black. The vanilla variant will be available in a single 8GB RAM with 128GB storage options priced at Rs 29,990. Whereas the Pro variant can be purchased in a sole 12GB RAM with 256GB internal storage option that comes with a price tag of Rs 39,990. Both the phones will go on sale on July 29 and July 20 respectively via Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Croma, Oppo online store, and other retailers in the country.
Oppo Reno 6 5G specifications
Oppo Reno 6 5G is highlighted with a 6.43-inch full-HD+ hole-punch AMOLED display offering 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. It comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate support. The phone ships with ColorOS 11 based on top of Android 11 out of the box. Under the hood, there is a MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC, paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB storage.
On the imaging front, the vanilla variant comes with a triple rear camera set up that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor. Upfront there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The devices are backed by a 4,300mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging support. For connectivity, there is 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging. Whereas the sensors on the phone include an in-display fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, Z-axis linear motor, colour temperature sensor, and gyroscope.
Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G specifications
Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G comes with a 6.55-inch full-HD+ curved AMOLED display with 1,080×2,400 pixels of resolution. It also has a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone runs ColorOS 11.3 based on top of Android 11 and is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
For photos and videos, this 5G smartphone features a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor. Further assisted by an 8-megapixel secondary camera, and dual 2-megapixel sensors. The selfie sensor is the same as above.
The connectivity options are the same as above but the phone offers an X-axis linear motor instead of a Z-axis motor. There is a 4,500mAh battery on board with 65W fast charging support.
