Tencent Games the developers of PUBG Mobile game has announced the Global Extreme Challenge campaign on its platform this season. For this, it has collaborated with Celebrities, influencers and players from different regions. These popular people will be teaming up to present online Games. The latest edition of the Global Extreme Challenge will be hosted on July 30. The matches can be watched across various social media platforms PUBG Mobile Facebook, YouTube and Twitch channels, additionally these community members can also win in-game items giveaways.

According to the company this campaign is being hosted for the “play for good” initiative to encourage players to stay home. While launching the campaign the company said, “Under the global pandemic, PUBG MOBILE is trying to bring positive impact and encouragement to society and people. The “Global Extreme Challenge” is a call-out for all players and communities to join together to overcome difficulties, surpass limits and face challenges.”

To bring encouragement to the campaign PUBG has collaborated with renowned sports players, artists, celebrities and gaming influencers. These celebs will play as the captains of their own teams for different regions. From Europe Kevin De Bruyne and Aleyna Tilki will be representing their teams. While North America will be led by Jack Osbourne and Ky Bowman. South America will be led by Paulo Dybala, Levinho, Yurem Rojas and Marian Santos. From Southeast Asia GADING, Aurelie and the famous singer   Hiền Hồ will be the chief. While on the other hand MortaL and Scout will be leading the South Asia region.

Apart from this, the PUBG Mobile has also teamed up with Direct Relief, the humanitarian aid organization, in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic by supplying medical aid to frontline healthcare workers. While watching the Global Extreme Challenge event, players can donate directly to support the fundraiser to help more people in need at www.directrelief.org/pubgmobile.
