Realme 6 Pro spotted on Geekbench listing, Pricing of Realme 6 series revealed ahead of the official launch

Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme 6 series in India next week on March 5th. The coming is going to bring two smartphones under the series Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro.  Alongside the smartphone, the company will also be entering into the smart wearables business. The company will be unveiling its first fitness band at the same event. Ahead of the official launch, the top-notch variant that is Realme 6 Pro has been spotted on Geekbench. The listing revealed some of the key details of the upcoming smartphone.

According to a Geekbench listing Realme, 6 Pro has been spotted with model number RMX2061. As per the listing, it is believed that the device is going to employ 1.8Ghz Qualcomm octa-core processor clubbed with 8GB of RAM however the listings did not mention the name of the processor. But some of the reports claim that it will be powered by a Snapdragon 720G processor. The listing also revealed that the handset is going to run on Android 10 and its single-core test is 571 while the in multi-core test it scored 1676.

In the past, we also came across some of the renders of the Realme 6 Pro that hints that the smartphone is going to feature a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that we have seen on the just-launched Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. The device will come with a gradient finish on the rear panel and the company is expected to offer the phone in three colour variants.

Separately, The pricing of both Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro have been leaked on the web ahead of the launch. As per a report by The Unbiased Blog, Realme 6 Pro price is going to start at Rs 13999 for the 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage variant whereas Realme 6 price will start from Rs 9,999. The pricing is much similar to its predecessor at the time of launch which os Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro.

There are rumours that Realme 6 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor whereas the standard model is expected to come equipped with MediaTek Helio G90 chipset. However, all these leaked renders and specifications are rumoured so you should wait until the smartphones get unveiled in the country.

As per official listing the Both smartphones will come with a punch-hole display. Realme 6 Pro is going to have a dual-hole punch to the house to cameras for selfies whereas Realme 6 will have a single hole punch to house a selfie camera. Moreover, both the handsets will come with a quad-camera set with a 64-megapixel primary camera, an ultra-wide lens a telephoto lens along with an ultra macro lens and the camera system will be supporting 20X zoom. The company teased that the upcoming will be featuring a Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
