Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has today launched its Redmi Y3 smartphone in India. The key highlight of the newly launched smartphone is its 32MP Super Selfie camera, much like other handsets from Xiaomi’s Redmi Y range.
The Redmi Y3 smartphone is priced in the budget segment of the Indian smartphone market and its other key highlights include a massive 4,000mAh battery, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 processor and a dual rear camera setup.
If we take its price and specifications into consideration, the newly launched Redmi Y3 smartphone competes directly with the likes of Samsung Galaxy M30 (review) and Realme U1 handsets.
It is worth noticing that both of these smartphones are also priced in the budget segment. While Samsung Galaxy M30 is touted to be an all-rounder, Realme U1 – like Redmi Y3 – focusses on selfies.
If you have been planning to buy a smartphone in the budget segment that has a good camera and powerful specifications, it is easy to be confused among these three. Hence, we have compared all the specifications of Redmi Y3 with Samsung Galaxy M30 and Realme U1.
