The South Korean smartphone brand has unveiled two new smartphones in the market expanding its A-series line up. The company has now introduced Samsung Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 in the Vietnamese market first. Both the phone are the successors of Galaxy A70 and A50. The A71 comes with a centrally placed hole-punch camera display along with a quad rear camera set up with 64-megapixel primary sensor and a 32-megapixel selfie shooter just like its predecessor.
Samsung Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51 pricing
The company has however introduced Samsung Galaxy A71 but is yet to reveal its pricing as well as availability. Samsung launched the phone in two storage variants of 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage and 8GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage. The phone will be available in four colour variants of Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Silver, Prism Crush Blue and Prism Crush Pink.
Samsung launched Galaxy A51 in a single storage variant at Rs VND 7,990,000 that translates to Rs 24,500 for the 6GB of RAM with 128GB of storage. However, the company has launched only one variant of the phone in the Vietnamese market but globally it will be made available in three more RAM as well as storage variant. The company introduced the phone in three colour options Prism Crush Black, White, Blue and Pink colour. The smartphone will be available for pre-orders from December 16 and will start selling in the Vietnamese market from December 27.
Samsung Galaxy A71 specifications
Samsung Galaxy A71 features a 6.7-inch full-HD+ sAMOLED Infinity-O Display with 1080×2400 pixels of resolution. The device runs on One UI 2.0 on top of Android 10. There is a Snapdragon 730 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, underneath it. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB using a microSD card. The handset houses a 4500 battery supported by a 25W fast charging technology. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor on the phone.
Now coming on the camera capabilities, Samsung Galaxy A71 comes with a quad rear camera set up that includes a 64-megapixel main shooter with f/1.8 aperture. The set is further aided by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 of aperture, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel macro lens. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Samsung Galaxy A51 specification
Samsung Galaxy A51 runs Android 10 based One UI 2.0 on top. The smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ sAMOLED Infinity-O Display with 1080×2400 pixels of resolution with an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone is powered by the Exynos 9611 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The internal storage is expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. The mobile phone comes with a 4000mAH battery with 15W fast charging support.
In terms of cameras, Samsung Galaxy A51 also features a quad-camera module. The system includes a 48-megapixel primary lens with f/2.0 aperture, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.0 of aperture, a 5-megapixel macro lens and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. For taking selfies there is a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
