The Sony Sound Connect app enhances the overall user experience by offering full control over the earbuds’ features. You can adjust the EQ, customise the gesture controls, and set up the 360 Reality Audio for a personalised audio experience.

The app also lets you control ANC settings and tweak the Wide Area Tap feature, although I must say the gesture control could use some work.
