Step 1: Open the Phone app and go to the Contacts tab. Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner of its interface, as highlighted below.

Restore Using Google Contacts

Step 1: Open Google Contacts either via its app on your Android device or through Windows PC or via your web browser. Click on the hamburger menu icon on the top left corner of the interface, as highlighted below.
