How to Compress a PDF and Reduce Its File Size?

Compressing a PDF is an easy task and won't take much of your time.

If you send PDFs via email quite often you may have run into the problem of the PDF file size being too big to be sent as an attachment. Other attachments like a picture can be easily split into multiple parts and sent separately, but with a PDF file, you don’t really have that option. One of the solutions to this problem is uploading the PDF to Google Drive and sharing it as a link in the email. But if you want to send the PDF itself in the mail, you will need to compress its size first. In this article, we show you how to compress a PDF and reduce its file size.
