Step 1 –  Press Windows + I.

Step 2 – Go to apps > Apps and features.

Step 3 – Select Microsoft teams or search for it in the search bar.

Step 4 – In the advanced menu under Rest will be an option to repair.

Step 5 – After the process is completed try running teams once again.

If none of the steps works for you try reinstalling Microsoft teams from scratch, that should resolve the login issue.
