After you’ve made all the changes, you can ‘lock the taskbar’.

After you’ve made all the changes, you can ‘lock the taskbar’. Locking the taskbar prevents any further changes from being made to your taskbar. You can still access all its functionalities, but you cannot add or remove anything to it. You also won’t be able to resize or change the position of the taskbar once it’s locked. You can lock the taskbar by simply right-clicking anywhere on the taskbar and selecting ‘lock the taskbar’.
