The Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has revealed that it has been appointed as the Official Exclusive Supplier of Mobile Phones for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou on June 15th, 2023. The official day also marks the beginning of the 100-day countdown to the Asian Games in Hangzhou. Additionally, iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo, has been chosen as the Official Esports Gaming Phone for the esports events taking place during the Games.
Mao Genhong, the Deputy Secretary General and Director of the Executive Office of HAGOC (Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee), Xu Jianfeng, Deputy of the International Relations Department of HAGOC, Du Mengfei and Ye Hong, Deputies of the Market Development Department of HAGOC, and Jia Jingdong, the Vice President of Branding at vivo in China, and other guests attended the signing ceremony.
Participants from 45 countries and regions will compete in the 19th Asian Games, which will take place in Hangzhou, China, from September 23, 2023, to October 8. Jia Jingdong, Vice President of Branding at vivo, presented two newest models, the vivo X90s and iQOO 11S, to HAGOC in honour of the company’s official cooperation with the Hangzhou Asian Games.
