Philips 49-inch P line Monitor with a wide-angle curved display launched in India

Philips has expanded its Monitor line portfolio with the launch of its latest 49-inch P Line Monitor in India. The new Monitor comes with a wide-angle curved display and has the acclaimed iF design award and Red Dot award. The Philips 49-inch P line Monitor – 499P9H1 is the follow up of the company’s 24-inch B-Line Monitor. The latest one is the 32:9 SuperWide, a MultiView screen designed to replace a multiscreen setup. In addition to this, it has an in-built 2.0 megapixel Windows Hello facial recognition pop-up webcam with microphone and LED indicator for video call and to sign on their device.

Philips 49-inch P line Monitor

The price of the Philips 49-inch P line Monitor – 499P9H1 in India is set at Rs 1,79,990. The Philips monitor is now available via leading online stores as well as offline retailers across the country.

Speaking of the specification, the Philips P line Monitor comes with a 49-inch wide-angle curved display. It offers a 32:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels. The 1800r curved display enables MultiView dual to connect for gaming, graphic designing, video editing and professional applications. It is an ideal device for YouTubers, business /share market analysts and traders as it is capable of controlling two separate PCs with one monitor-keyboard-mouse set up as it comes integrated with a KVM switch.

In addition to this, the Philips Monitor also includes a USB-C docking station with power delivery allowing one-cable docking. Whereas the pop-up webcam on the screen features Windows Hello facial recognition that allows the users easy login. The webcam securely tucks back into this Philips monitor when not in use.

Over that the monitor also includes VESA-certified DisplayHDR 400 for better brightness and colour contrasts. It has two 27 inches 16:9 Quad HD displays side-by-side with a peak brightness up-to 400 nits also including Flicker-free technology to prevent eye fatigue and LowBlue Mode for an easy on the eyes experience.
