Oppo A33 (2020) is now official in India. Prior to its launch in the country, the device was launched a few months ago in the Indonesian market. In India, the company has introduced it in a single RAM and storage option. The device is powered by Snapdragon 460 chipset and has a hole-punch design display with a 90Hz refresh rate display and a 5.000mAh battery.

Oppo A33 (2020) is very much similar to the Oppo A53 that was launched in India sometime back. The smartphone runs Android 10 based ColorOS 7.2 out of the box. The device comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 1600×720 pixels of resolution. It has a 90Hz refresh rate screen along with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 processor paired with 3GB of RAM with 32GB of storage. The internal storage can be further expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card.

Oppo A33 (2020) features a triple rear camera set up that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture. Further assisted by a 2-megapixel depth sensor having f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the device sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging tech. Apart from the fingerprint sensor, the handset has Light Sensor, Proximity sensor, Magnetic sensors and an Accelerator sensor onboard. In addition to this, the phone has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometrics.

Oppo A33 (2020) price, availability and launch offers

Oppo A33 has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs 11,990 for the 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage variant. The phone comes in two colour options – Moonlight Black and Mint Cream. The phone will be available for purchase via online and offline platforms. On Flipkart, there will be a 5 percent cashback for Kotak Bank, RBL Bank, Bank of Baroda, and Federal Bank cardholders. 

Whereas the Paytm users are eligible for benefits worth 40,000. While the offline retailers will be offering schemes for banks such as Bajaj Finserv, Home Credit, HDB Financial Services, IDFC First Bank, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank.
