Krafton’s Battle Ground Mobile India (BGMI) has been taken down from Google Play Store and App Store following a government order. While Apple did not provide any reason for taking down the game, a Google spokesperson confirmed that BGMI was taken down from the Play Store following a government order. The reason for the takedown remains a mystery as Krafton is yet to make a statement explaining the ban. Earlier in 2020, the Indian government had banned PUBG Mobile along with 40 other Chinese apps citing a ‘threat to national security’. If you’re looking for a battle royale game in the same vein as PUBG and with similar graphics, New State Mobile is the game for you. Developed by PUBG studios, it carries forward the same gameplay and graphic design employed in PUBG Battlegrounds.
