Dyson Purifier Hot + Cool, Dyson Purifier Cool specs and features
The key distinction between the two air filtration devices, as the name implies, is their ability to change temperature. The most expensive and premium Dyson Purifier Hot + Cool is capable of not only filtering the air inside the room/house but also heating the air, which can be very useful in winter. With self-regulating ceramic plates positioned at the front of the loop, they heat the air as it leaves the machine.
As the plates heat up, they conduct less electricity to help ensure they do not overheat. With thermostat control, once your target temperature is reached the machine automatically stops heating, which saves energy. If the temperature starts to drop, it reactivates to maintain it.
Dyson’s new range of air purifiers reflects the latest technology in two core areas: filtration and acoustics. Both the air purifiers come with HEPA H13 standard air filters that can even capture the H1N1 virus and 99.95% of particles as small as 0.1 microns, such as allergens, bacteria, viruses, pollen, and mould spores. This can also filter out pollutants like PM10, PM2.5, VOCs, and NO2.
Also, the sound output has been reduced and has been re-engineered to be 20 per cent quieter than their predecessor machines.
The Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool, and the Dyson Purifier Cool project fresh and filtered air into every corner of the room. The auto mode enables the machine to maintain a preferred room temperature and air quality levels, the machine can be entirely controlled by the Dyson Link App and activated by voice control.
The machines are compatible with Google Home, Alexa and Siri for hands-free control. The Night mode on its monitors and purifies using its quiet settings, with a dimmed display.
