Xiaomi India announced a 10-day free phone health check-up service camp in India
Xiaomi India today announced its 10-day customer service summer camp for users and fans in India to increase assistance for its consumers. The camp will be open from June 1 through June 10 at more than 1000 Xiaomi licenced service locations.
“The initiative is a step forward in bolstering the brand’s mission to provide a hassle-free experience to its users and fans and strengthen its customer support services,” while announcing the initiative the company said.
Through this free phone health check-up service camp, Xiaomi is interested in offering its customers a number of benefits such as 100% free phone health check-ups, 100% off on labour charges for battery replacement and software updates. In addition, consumers can get up to 50% off on battery replacement for selected models, although replacement displays and other repairs will still cost money. For their Xiaomi and Redmi devices, users must visit the closest Xiaomi-authorised service centre to avail of these benefits.

Previously Xiaomi announced an at-home phone setup and free service support for senior citizens in India. As per the company, only senior citizens residing within 20 kilometres of their nearest service centre can be benefited. However other customers can also take advantage of the specialised at-home services but will have to pay Rs 249 plus taxes. The customers can also raise tokens via a hotline number 1800 103 6286 and on Whatsapp number — 8861826286.
This service is accessible in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Noida, and Pune.

Sessions will be held weekly from June 10 through August 5 at Apple Store locations all over the world as part of the well-liked free programme for kids and families. Apple Camp is designed to engage kids ages 8 to 12 alongside their parents or guardians. Participants will get the chance to learn from Apple professionals as well as one another during the in-store events.
From June 10 through August 5, Apple Camp 2023 will be held every week at Apple Store locations worldwide, including Apple BKC (Mumbai) and Apple Saket (Delhi). It will be hosted specially for children and families for Apple Camp — an annual program launched more than two decades ago to inspire and celebrate kids’ creativity.
